I arrived without a booking around 3:30pm with weird sounds coming out from my car. The team managed to fit me in, welcoming, professional yet very friendly. Thorough explanations of what might be causing the issue and time frame it might take to fix. They figured out the cause of it and I was back on the road with no more issue. They didn't even charge me since there was no parts to actually fix. What was more impressive was that they reassured me that safety is most important. It made me feel so warm in my heart. Thank SO much for your help and reassurance. Highly recommend this service.

I have been getting my hyundai serviced at mycar for a few years now and they always manage to provide a solid service. They are affordable and timely with their services with great communication. They have been able to fit me in on the spot with issues like tyre punctures which is much appreciated. Would recommend mycar sydenham for general services!!

The service is excellent, staff are friendly and explain the work carried out. Michael has previously worked at Mercedes Benz and is more than capable of servicing my Mercedes . He uses genuine parts when required and knows his stuff. It was worth the 45 min drive to My Car Watergardens.

Alex and the team came to my aid at short notice on my way home from work and repaired my tyre which had a screw in it with no fuss. Was extremely appreciative of their willingness to help me out. Observed how they handled other customers while waiting. Very professional and courteous to everyone. Thank you again.

Amazing customer service, incredibly priced, love coming in having a laugh with the guys, also helpful and accommodating and not just seeing you as dollar signs.
