It may have been a simple slow leak fix, but the service I received from Goodyear Watergardens was awesome. They diagnosed the simple leak to a 5” nail that went through the inside corner and out the inside sidewall (I saw the nail and thought I would not have driven on that if I had of known) and a broken wheel stud (opposite wheel).

So, new tyre and wheel stud fixed. Then, a simple misfortune that saw my diff temperature sensor break. I was most impressed with the reaction to this. I was called and advised what happened and what they were going to do to fix it. This just reaffirmed why I go to Goodyear Watergardens. The customer service and honesty is fantastic.

The Boys at Good Year are a top bunch of blokes. Helped me test fit new rims to see if it'd fit since the specs were tight. Didnt charge me for it, And had second hand GoodYear tires which they sold to me for close to nothing! Will Definitely be going back! Thanks a bunch Lads.

Used the workshop for an NRMA comprehensive inspection. Ive used a few workshops before and watergardens is by far the best. Very thorough & professional i cannot thank you guys enough for answering all my questions & ultimately allowing me to find the perfect new car. Cheers.

Took my car here today after been told I needed a new alternator, Matt had a look and advised it was not needed at all, che cleaned the throttle sensor and my car now runs smooter than it has in ages! Absolutely legend. Would highly recommend.

Actually i change Air Flow Hose for my Volvo S60 2013 there and the team there is so friendly try to help always try to get me second hand hose but when they can't get the right part we go to original one from Volvo and all of that happen so quick with update from them daily before even i try to call them.

I went here because a close competitor told me I needed several repairs that I was suspicious of. Turned out I didn't need any of the repairs for a very long time! That's why I trust Goodyear! It was about 12 noon. I had a flat and unfortunately all my tyres were fairly bold as well so I needed 4 new ones quickly because I wasn't from this area and had to pick up my daughter after 4 pm.

Well to cut a long story short they made it happen. This surprised me because when people say yes we can do it, my experience has been that they normally exaggerate.

While I was waiting I called some of my mates who know about such things and they said that I got a good price for my new tyres.

All's well that ends well.

Took a puncture there with a nail that went right through - in a dodgy folded over position. Wasn't confident they could repair it and Matthew (Mgr) said the hole possibly may be too big but he'd have a good crack at it. I was certain I'd get a phone call sometime after advising I'd need a new tyre which for my Mazda CX-5 Akira "are expensive". Was pleasantly surprised that the phone call later was to advise he managed to fix it just fine. Great friendly service, with honesty and integrity. I'll be obtaining all future vehicle servicing and tyres from them as a result.

Matthew and team are as honest, hard working, and friendly as they come. Have been using them for years even though there are plenty of mechanics closer to my home. Highly recommended.

Matthew is a champion. Sorted out my alignment issues at a moments notice and did it in a speedy and professional manner. Reason I used these guys was due to the good reviews and they're not wrong.

The guys at Watergardens were terrific. Booked the car in for a wheel alignment and balancing. Had me back on the road within an hour and also fixed a puncture I had. Couldn't ask for better service.
