I made an order on Monday for delivery to regional NSW. It arrived Thursday after a short delay caused, and acknowledged by, Australia Post. I’m very impressed with the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the pharmacy. Will certainly be using this service again

Very impressive customer service!! They rang and emailed to let me know my order would be a little late (by a day or two only as it turned out) and then offered to send it Express Post when it did come in which they did do. Since I was a new customer I also got an email asking a few questions about whether I'd taken this supplement before, allergies etc. I'll be buying again for sure!

I ordered an item via there easy to navigate website. There was a problem caused by PayPal that I thought had been resolved. It wasn't until I received an phone call from Pittwater Pharmacy apologising for the fact that they were unable to process the order because they still had not received payment. If they had not contacted me I would have waited in vain for my order. Upon receipt of payment and as a gesture of goodwill they sent it at their cost via express post,
