Imogen is knowledgeable and a great help. Trying to rectify a mistake on site that should of been dealt with in our workshop. So I was trying to solve an issue we don't normally deal with. She made it easier by pointing me in the right direction when purchasing what I needed.

These shirts and caps would definitely be a “conversation starter”….that’s what is printed on the back, I totally agree..
There was also a yellow with 2nd hat in the 3rd photo….all looked amazing!!

If you need quality information and advice you need to go see Graham at TKD Parafield. Graham was friendly, helpful and has genuine working knowledge of powertools amongst other things. He was happy to take me through several ranges of tools and the real world applications of them. It was fantastic to see service like this still exists. Thanks Graham.

Without doubt the BEST customer service I have ever received.

Today I brought my lawnmower to Tool Kit Depot at Parafield Gardens for repair as it was leaking petrol.

A lovely staff member named Graham quickly identified the issue and repaired it on the spot. I was literally in and out of the store within 30 minutes.

Not only did Graham repair the mower in record time but because I had my 4 month old baby with me, he also helped me to get the mower in and out of the car.

It is rare to receive this level of exceptional customer service.

I am so appreciative and will definitely be returning to Tool Kit Depot at Parafield Gardens for any future power tool/power equipment needs.

Had the best experience today with Andrew and Oliver. Walked in thinking they had after pay to find out they didn't but we could use open pay and Zip pay. The both of them he'd great customer service and worked hard to get the best deal and get what we needed, they went the extra mile and charged the battery before we left as well.

Rarely have I experienced such excellence in online customer service that I received from Tool Kit Depot, and specifically from Tara. I had a hundred curly questions, including a return in the end, and she solved everything in an instant - like I was an in-store customer doing it face-to-face! She offered a perfect solution to everything I asked of her - she even made a 24 hour delivery from Perth to Brisbane happen for a tight deadline I had. Amazing service.. I'll default to these guys every time now.

Everyone at this store is fantastic; however, Graham’s genuine interest in my earthmoving business and the tools I’ve acquired (which he somehow manages to memorise!) is exceptional!

I bought a 180mm or 7" Makita grinder, which I am very happy with, then I needed to change the disc and I couldn't remove it. I rang Tool Kit salesperson called Graham and he got me to go in and he removed the disc for me. He explained to me what I was doing wrong and he was really helpful. An outstanding person with a wealth of knowledge. I will be asking for him next time I need to purchase tools

Had a great experience today, Graham was an absolute champ! Sorted out a price match and held the item for me with no troubles, even kind enough to help me cram it into my back seat!

A bit of a drive from Flagstaff Hill to Parafield as none available localy to pick-up a generator that we had ordered due to the severe weather/storm. Ordered @ 7am. I arrived to pick up because husband was at work, the guy who served me ( sorry can not remember his name was fantastic. A warm welcome & smile. Took generator to my car & placed in the boot for me with a goodies bag. Thanks so much for your help very much appreciated & very satisfied customer

Sometimes you get customer service which is over and above what is expected. Today I received that from Graham at the Tool Kit Depot. I appreciate it, and after reading through reviews from other customers, it looks like I'm not the only one!

First time at this well layed out store, only bought some mig tips but staff were very welcoming and friendly.
