Unfortunately my Mac laptop screen broke and needed to be replaced. Justin was helpful, explained the repair, the cost and completed it in a timely manner. I had some issues with the new screen and took it back and it was promptly fixed up (fault in the new screen). I had uni assignments due at the time and Justin kindly worked with me to ensure I wasn’t without my laptop for long. Highly recommend for your computing needs 🙂

I brought in my PC and they started helping me on the spot, installed my graphics card for me and showed me how it's done, very friendly business that definitely knows their computer stuff, I even learned a few things for free!

Great service and quick turnaround time. I took my laptop in to get it upgraded to Windows 10 and to find out why it working so slow. I was thinking it will in the shop for a week, but Justin fixed and upgraded my laptop in 2 days. Now my it working fantastically.

Fantastic and kind staff, I took my phones to them. Despite not working on phones they were gracious enough to explain where the best place is to fix them. They answered all my questions, and ( i had a lot) with understanding. I will recomend them to everyone i know.

I was not a customer of J and N, however, I emailed them outside of business hours with regards to an issue with my computer. Justin replied very kindly the next business day and diagnosed my issue immediately. I had already fixed the issue (as I spent all night doing it) however it was great to see that Justin saw the issue immediately. Once I informed him I had fixed the issue, he was very kind and glad to hear it.
