When I cracked the corner of my MacBook Air I was worried about how much fixing it might cost. However, I've been to Neo before and was hopeful they would be able to fix it for me because I knew they would offer the best price for a quality job. And they did :) They did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price and were really nice!

I had lost my phone roughly a year ago and last week received a call from this store that someone had come in trying to get it unlocked for their use. I was called and retrieved my phone at no cost. I truly wish more stores were like this and it is lovely to experience someone being nice with no benefit to them. I brought my phone to Neo after both Apple and another phone repair store tried to unsuccessfully fix my water damaged iPhone X. Both told me I would have to replace the unit but when brought to Neo they fixed it within 1 day! Great communication and customer service as well. They are very competent - highly recommend!
