My partner and I built a new home and Carpet Call was contracted to do the flooring. Our floating floorboards crunched and creaked all throughout the house. After 6 months of back and forth they finally came out to fix it. Floor is now fixed but our white walls are covered in black dirty marks, there is dried glue on the floor and we have a small hole in the wall in our hallway. The solution was to have Carpet Call come out again to patch the wall and clean the marks, but after the past two experiences we do not want to risk further damage to our walls or more mess that we need to clean up.

You’d think after the amount of money paid to fit out a whole house with flooring, that your house wouldn’t be left in a state that requires hours of cleaning after they needed to come back to repair their own mistakes.

It’s sad because the first guy who came out months ago to try and fix the floors had great customer service skills, but after today and the disrespect to our home that we worked so hard for, I will not be letting anyone from this company into my home again.

I was disappointed to drive all the way to Dry Creek only to find that there were no rugs on display there when it clearly shows in the photos on web info that there are rugs on display. How can you check out the colour and pile variation without looking in person. Surely, it is not 'green' to ship two rugs, only to have them returned again because the colour didn't match what the photo might look like online.

If I could give zero stars I would. We built and had Carpet Call install our flooring. The flooring began lifting in multiple places within months. We are still trying to get them to come and fix these issues 9 months post build and they are still using excuses as to why they will not fix these issues, which are under warranty. Please avoid, there are so many more reputable and reliable flooring companies in operation, choose better for your home.
