I got on the website late today looking for a board had a few questions which I typed into the chat not expecting to get a reply but I got a reply very quickly and was connected with Sarah who was amazingly helpful letting me know all the options to get me the best surfboard for me and at the best price! Would definitely recommend! Just ask and they will help!

Where do I start, greatest customer service ive ever experienced in W.A Stephen and Jaime the minute I walked in, the positive energy the vibe just felt right any concerns or questions I had they were happy to answer without making me feel embarrassed, they both gave me great advice to each accessorie that I needed all they were concerned on was helping me which made me feel like a valued customer, they didn't beat around the bush trying to sell me some expensive stuff I didn't need, omg I can't even put it in words how greatful and appreciative I truly am for that experience, wowsa what an amazing experience and place to be, if you are looking for your first board please I insist go there and don't look back don't bother shopping around just put in ya maps the surfboard warehouse and get in ya car and go, cheers heaps Stephen and Jaime, I'll be back use had me at hello and thankyou again

I was overseas trying to sort a birthday present for my partner, and the product (8ft Bom bora) I wanted was out of stock. With a few quick emails, Sarah had managed to track one down, and organise delivery in a timely fashion.
Could not speak highly enough of the product or the customer service.

I wanted to buy a 6ft flying fish the other day but they were unfortunately out of stock. So I ordered one in store to still get the discount they offered that day. Perfectly good service and fast delivery as always. And the board itself is just awesome. Super forgiving and easy to catch waves with. Good quality board for an even better price. Definitely recommend SBWH in Osborne Park.
