Someone in Tasmania answered.
In under 5 minutes, my issue was sorted, then they looked at file and started on another issue that had to be sorted. Very happy with result.

Our company has been steadily growing over the years and we haven’t really needed IT support untill now, other than a bit of direction and setting up of web sites and email etc. But recently it has got to the stage where we just couldn’t handle the updates of various software and hardware that have practically made our small computer network grind to a halt. We got Jett from Active IT to give everything a good tune up. He really knows his stuff, all the printers, computers, web storage and programs are now cooperating and working together nicely. I can strongly recommend Active IT if you are pulling your hair out because your IT is just limping along.

We initially used activIT to service our computers that were having all sorts of problems and have since moved our hosting, email exchange and no doubt many other services in the future over as well. As with most small business (Demasi Consulting), a working computer is a daily necessity. You can imagine my dismay when mine ceased to boot up during this busy time of year (December). My son kindly volunteered to take the tower back to where we had purchased it; leaving it there despite being told that a repair could take 1-2 weeks! I called activIT (who I had used before with great satisfaction) and they assured me that they would be more more timely. I immediately retrieved my computer from the other provider and dropped it to activ IT late in the day. I was kept informed of the service process by email (fantastic communication) and I picked up a working system the day after drop-in! I was back in business! The staff are warm, friendly and highly competent. They were recommended initially from another business and in the future they will be my first go-to not my last!

ActivIT - don't be put off by a young person solving your issues... whiz kids just like sons I have who obsess about the kind of problems and issues these people tackle willingly no matter how small or great.
