We've been with a few other strata management companies over the years, the last couple with poor service, one with even disastrous results. Robinson have been good in all aspects and we have a great manager Andrew who keeps on top of everything. Highly recommend Robinson Strata Management team!

Andrew has been amazing in assisting us with cost effective ways to make our funds go further. The in- house politics at AGM's, as in most strata block meetings, has its moments in accommodating our difference of opinions. Lena has provided an amazing service for many years. Lena is very responsive and has great attention to detail. Lena has great follow-up too. Over the past few years, in addition to the usual Strata Management tasks, our block has had to complete both a fire and safety audit. This has involved arranging numerous quotes as well as a one off special levy and extra meetings. As no other owners turn up to our AGM's, I am the only committee member. I couldn't do all the compliance and maintain the apartment block without Lena. I would recommend Lena at Robinsons Strata to anyone looking for a great Strata Management service.

Robinson Strata Management has been been looking after our ten block Strata Scheme in Dee Why for over 25 years.
As a member of the Strata Committee I have worked closely with Kristina our Strata Manager for a number of years.
I have always found Kristina to be very polite, prompt and helpful, whether it be answering a simple question or organising quotes for major works.
Regulatory and compliance issues are constantly changing and Kristina is always up to date and has been able to ensure we are advised and in compliance of all relevant legislation.

I have been dealing with Robinson Strata, as an onwner for the last 4 years, the last 12 months as Chair of the Strata. Kristina has been our Strata manager during that period and has a great knowledge of both her role and our property/trades.
Krstinas service has always been first class, rarely more than an hour for a call or email to be returned, if not answered immediately.
Beyond this the admin side AGM's etc are run simply and effectively.
Additionally I have a friend with extensive experience in Buildings whom has just finished a major capital refit of a 12 storey strata with first rate supprt from Robinsons Strata, so this is a pattern not an anomoly. So 5/5 from my view - appreciate all your help and service.

Robinsons have been our strata manager for over5 years. They have done an excellent job of looking after the strata’s affairs and ensuring we are compliant with the various rules and regulations. Of particular note has been the sourcing of good tradesmen and sound advice on various strata matters.

Our building had a history of fix it when it breaks prior to the engagement of Robinsons Strata Management and Ann Furnace appointed as Strata Manger.
As a consequence, the Strata Manager has actively managed and engaged with our Stata Committee in the identification, planning and management of a major capital works program, the objective being to restore the building to an "as new" status. The program has been successfully undertaken while the building was fully occupied, managing Body Corporate and resident's expectations and mitigating works and materials disruptions during COVID enforced restrictions.
In addition, the Strata Manager has actively engaged with and advised our Strata Committee in the prioritisation, establishment, management and delivery of maintenance and capital works programs to retain the status of repair, safety and amenity that is now expected by the Body Corporate and resident's.

The (small) building in which my strata unit is located has been managed by Robinsons for many years now (so long I have lost count). They have always provided very good professional service, support and advice, with quick responses and excellent communication. Robinsons’ support gives owners a high level of confidence in dealing with any issues that arise. AGMs are well organised, chaired and documented. I recommend them unreservedly.
