Great service again! Second time I’ve been to Grants. Same day, supplied and fitted a new a head unit! No nonsense good, honest business’s like this are becoming hard to find!

Took my xr8 in to get a few things done the level of quality is 2nd to non had a few teething issues but was fixed the next day what i got is clear (no where loud enough like i wanted haha) but its good enough with very good customer service

I had my stereo upgraded this week and there was a small issue, but Grant has arranged to sort it out ASAP, that’s what I call excellent customer service!

VERY professional. Could not be any happier. Had an after market head unit installed plus front and rear dash cam. Punctual, professional and very reasonably priced.

Came back 2 years later because the glue for the dashcam came off and won't stick again. Grants team looked after me and put a new glue on without charge. Definitely the best place to buy dash cam

I’ve just had my car stereo tuned here The quality of service and quality of results were outstanding. Everyone I dealt with here was friendly, respectful and gave me great advice. Years of experience were clearly evident and it’s obvious they enjoy what they do. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this shop. Today, I came to have CarPlay installed in my car. When I picked up the car, the staff apologized and said they accidentally bumped into my car. They had already made an appointment for repairs and asked me to let them know when I had time to come in. However, when I checked, it was just a scratch on the rear bumper, and I told them it was no big deal and not to worry about it. However they insisted on apologizing and even refunded me $400.I am very grateful for their honesty, will definitely recommend to all of my friends

Fantastic customer service!
Phoned mid arvo to ask if they stocked a certain Alpine part, was told by the lovely lady that they stock it and to head in to grab it. On arrival the part was ready and waiting, plus Brayden was only too willing to give me a quick rundown on what was involved for my DIY install. It’s not often you get given a bit knowledge from masters of their craft these days !

I have trust issues like majorly but just know that you can rely on these guys to hook your car up with a killer sound system, they mean business, they are professionals & their work is tidy! I was seriously blown away with the results and now love my Toyota 86 even more great stuff staff at Grants Audio 5 stars.

Had a $#%&wit moment. Sound only coming out of one side. Lovely Shane, without laughter or judgement, changed the setting from only one to all 4 speakers! No charge. Great service. Highly recommend!
