Sparrow Early Learning Thornlie

I've used this daycare centre for a majority of my children, dating back to 2013! And although management has changed and some of the staff in that time, it's always been the same level of love and care from every staff member, some of which are still working there from when my older children attended!

Some of my children have been hyperactive, adventurous, and some have been quiet and shy but the staff take the time to get to know each child and tend to their needs in ways that suits them best, always ensuring my kids were happy and cared for.

I cannot recommend Sparrow enough!

When I arrived in Australia, nearly 3 years ago, for the very 1st time. Not knowing anyone, anything or where to turn for help or advice. 🫣 I was looking for a daycare centre for my at the time (1 year old) daughter.
We had looked at a few places, and I didn't get a good feeling from them both. I wasn't sure what the reasonings were, however when I spoke to Vikki the
centres manager , she made me feel very welcome and at ease from our very 1st engagement. (So we gave Sparrow a go)
My daughter didn't cope very well for the 1st few weeks/months,.
She was cared and supported through this new period, with amazing loving and patient ladies who were always ❤ there to help save the day and ease any of my stresses or concerns for my daughter.
They all made me feel very much part of the sparrow family, happy to listen/help with anything, not just the job role related matters 😊.
So much so that, i'm now a working member of sparrow Thornlie, and I can now see just how much love/care,support, and the amounts of hard work and dedication goes into, ensuring the safety and health and well-being our all of our beautiful children.
It's not an easy task, but one you all do very well, so a massive thanks for doing an amazing job.

I don't even know where to start? Sparrow Early Learning Thornlie and Vikki Sparrow are next level amazing!!
When you return to work and leaving your babies you need to feel confident and safe your little gems are cared for and loved. No more could I ever ask for. these amazing and beautiful ladies go above and beyond. Not just for my boys but your family.
For me , you have a place in my heart forever.
If you choose Sparrow you will be forever in great hands. Love you ladies xxx

My daughter has been attending the Sarrow Early Learning Thornlie centre since 2021. Kaisha has thrived and grown within this centre. I can't thank the staff enough for helping and supporting my Kaisha in her growing stages. The staff at Sparrow take time to spend quality time with each an every individual child. They are prompt with updates and with the new app Sparrows have brought in, I recieve all the growth my daughter has made while I am away at work.
Kaisha has made lots of amazing friends, grown her knowledge and just loves to play. Our trips home from daycare, are filled with the wonderful day Kaisha has had.
I look forward to hearing all of Kaishas progress in the future.

they go out of their way to help my kids eith whatever their needs are.
I have had 3 kids in care with them and still have 2.
I can never thank them enough.

The director and staff at this centre have your child's best interest at heart and welcome you like family.
They are all lovely and I have to say since my son started attending they have taught him so much and he has excelled at so many things couldn't fault this centre with anything

My daughter is so lucky to have such caring and involved daycare staff, she loves it here! The communication is fantastic and the daily emails with photos to document their day is just wonderful for me!

Our daughter has attended for over two years and we have always had a wonderful experience at sparrow thornlie.

Such a lovely bunch of educators, who go above and beyond for all.
Feels like a Sparrow family especially since it's a smaller service and the educators get to know all the families and vise versa.

A great centre with friendly staffs,

I have been on my Prac for the last 4 weeks at this centre and must say the staff were very helpful and supportive.The environment is welcoming.The children are cared for and provided with good learning experiences.I will miss not being there anymore.
