Tony on the sales team was fantastic. He helped me select an amazing tile for the space and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He even had their tiler do a mock layout for the floor plan so that we knew exactly how many to order. Due to the housing delays, Tony was kind enough to keep my tiles safe in the Perth Warehouse for an extended period of time at no charge. Great service and such a pleasure to deal with!
Bruce was the tiler recommended by Tony. What an amazing job he did. Massive 900x900 tiles that not many tilers would lay. His attention to detail was incredible. Extremely pleased with the service end to end! thanks again!

We are doing a big refurbishment on our much-loved little place. We chose Ceramics International just because they were open on a Sunday - but we couldn't have been happier! Tony really got what we wanted and made it easy with colours and calculations off our plans. Highly recommended.

Tony and Beatrice provide great , warm, friendly, family vibe customer service and are genuinely nice people . The tiles we ended up purchasing ended up saving us $60 per square meter on our dining and kitchen area. Fantastic tiles, service and price!! While there were delays on the tile, communication was clear and constant. We went with woodstory beige in herringbone pattern and couldn't be happier. It looks so realistic and is exactly what I had hoped for.

We were sent to Ceramics international by our summit homes architect/ consultant - Quentin. When we arrived there we impressed by the range that was on display and available to choose from.
Tony was the person to help us with the process of choosing the tiles and stone bench tops, and he made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was always had helpful hints and suggestions along the way.

I recently purchased tiles from Ceramics International. I dealt with Mahmoud who was exceptionally helpful, patient and knowledgeable. The range of tiles was impressive, the price was extremely competitive, and most of all the service was the best I have experienced in Perth. Building a new house has been a stressful experience, however the job of finding tiles was made totally stress-free and straightforward by Mahmoud.
