Had a great experience buying a new bed today. Had the kids with us, normally adding to the stress when shopping but the staff were amazing and efficient. Michelle wasn't overly fussed on which mattress but after overcoming the awkwardness of testing the My Side bed system and laying on the suggested mattress she instantly melted into the bed in sheer surprise on how comfy it was. Even I could notice the difference in between each firmness.

Looking forward to it arriving and am very pleased with the deal we got.

My wife and I were experiencing poor sleep due to what we thought was our pillows. I was experiencing neck pain and my wife was having hip pain. So we went out looking for suitable replacements.

We ended up at Cockburn Central, and went from bed shop to bed shop looking for suitable pillows with no luck.

We then went to Forty Winks. They couldn’t help either, but the sales women (Narelle) suggested we try their bedMATCH system.
BedMATCH is a diagnostic system that can assist in helping to select the mattress that may be best suited for your body type and sleeping position. It takes a number of measurements that helps identify a range of beds and pillows that may better suit your sleep needs,

Initially I thought this was just gimmick, but after trying it, getting our matches, and trying mattress and pillows best suited to us we were surprised.

In the end we realised the reason we were having issues was because our old bed was not right for us. The bed we have we bought 21 years ago, we decided to buy a new bed.

Special mention to Narelle our sales assistant, she was wonderful, patient, and answered all of questions, she made sure we got an excellent deal on the new bed, and even threw in the pillows for free.

If your having sleeping issues or pain may be give Forty Winks a go, we have had our new bed for 3 nights and I’m happy to report my neck pain is gone, and my wife’s hip pain is subsiding, and we are sleeping straight through the night instead of getting up in the early hours of the night.

Stevie helped me to figure out what I wanted out of a bed without being pushy and making me try 50 mattresses. As soon as I gave her a few details about what I wanted, she was on to it! Gave me 4 options to try and see how I felt, and after much deliberation, I finally settled on one. To top it off, Stevie and the rest of the ladies on the floor were all super friendly and welcoming.

Stevie was the selling point for my experience today. The price point and quality for mattresses across the stores I looked at today was very close. However, the brilliant and inviting customer service that Stevie provided was out of this world. She provided excellent information, feedback and recommendations on the products - tailoring them towards my personal needs. I can not recommend her enough. We visited the Cockburn store today to purchase a new bed. Vikki helped us and gave us a price we were happy with for a 4 piece set. Vikki was lovely and professional. Can't wait to get out new bedroom furniture!

We all have to work for that pay check but I got to say Holly went above her pay rate. She gave me that little extra .Her knowledge of hospital bed and mattress was done with ease which made me feel less stressed . Update: After us having a few doubts about our purchase Holly and Vicki told us to come back in and re assess our bed mapping and once again went above and beyond for us. I could have burst into tears of joy after a few stressful weeks. Vicki was an absolute lifesaver.

Exceptional customer service from Kelly. She helped us through the sleep match and then assisted with recommending plenty of options when it came to our mattress match. She had the perfect balance of knowledge, personality and wasn’t pushy at all throughout our whole experience. She gave us suitable time to make a decision on the mattress but was quick to pop back when we needed a hand or had questions. Then to top it off she negotiated us an awesome deal including taking care of us with a great price on pillows! We didn’t even know we needed new pillows. Thanks Kelly. We have told all of our friends to come in and see you when they need a new mattress.

The service at Forty Winks Cockburn was exceptional. I went there based on a friend's recommendation and because of the big sale at the moment. The sales person, Stacey Jane, greeted me promptly. She was friendly and attentive the whole time, checking information when she needed. I followed up about my purchase both on the phone and in person to clarify some details and spoke to the Manager Tim; he was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly as well. I was dreading having to buy a mattress but all staff went above and beyond to make my experience in the store amazing and ensured I was confident that I had made the right purchase for my situation. My mattress is fantastic (I have had it for two days so far) and it was delivered on time by more friendly, professional people.

Kelli went above and beyond with helping us pick a bed frame and mattress, within our budget. The entire process was a very pleasant, stress-free experience, her knowledge of the products certainly helped with getting us what we needed.

I was assisted by Stevie who went above and beyond her duty of care to help me out. The product I wanted wasn't in stock so she showed me everything else that was, she got me a super quick delivery and she did it all with a smile. It was the kind of customer service experience that you think about for a while because they treated you as a person not as a wallet. 11/10 to Stevie, phenomenal job.

After getting a refund from another retailer for a faulty 4 yr old mattress I was very hesitant to spend big on a bed again. However upon entering the store and explaining my concerns to the team members, they made me feel confident that they could meet our needs and we made the decision to purchase from this store. We used the Bed match system as recommended by our sales person Tom, who was very knowledgeable and extremely amicable. After the bed match, The first mattress which Tom suggested for us ended up being our perfect comfort level. We tried several but continued to return to our 1st option. We also decided to upgrade our bed frame as we wanted drawers in it. Tom showed us the options available and because of our quality concerns recommended a base which was great quality and would be custom made for us. In a colour which we selected. We were told we would be waiting 3 weeks.
To my surprise I got a call from Tom on Tuesday to advise it was ready, well inside the 3 weeks promised.
It got delivered yesterday, Thank you Tom and the staff at Forty Winks, the entire process was seamless including delivery. highly recommend this sales person and the store. Great experience all round. Also had the best nights sleep I've had in years.

Vikki was an absolute superstar chatting with me and had extremely wonderful knowledge of all the products she showed me that suited my sleeping patterns. Loved all the small of topic chit chat we had.
