Taka the physiotherapist is a fantastic professional. I have consulted Taka twice for separate issues. The first for a lower back issue which I had great discomfort and pain. His calm, kind, knowledgeable and caring approach helped me get better in no time.

I also visited Taka for a neck muscle strain and again he took exceptional care and has provided a great plan for me to recover. He is a great person and incredibly skilled Physio whom I have had the pleasure of referring to many of my friends and family.

The receptionist is also lovely and helpful. She will do whatever necessary to assist.

Highly recommended Matt - he looked after my daughter who is experiencing knee and ankle pain. Great customer care, connection and communication. Matt is very thorough and knowledgeable. Friendly and warm reception and conveniently located.

I recently saw Matt after hurting my neck and shoulder. I have arthritis and need to be mindful about exercises - but Matt was very thorough and made sure that everything I needed to do was in range and strapped my shoulder so well I recovered within a few days. 10/10 recommend.

Have been seeing Joanne for the last month and she has been amazing. From dry needling to strapping, Joanne has helped me get back on the sports field a lot quicker than expected. Would highly recommend

They say “all the kings horses and all the kings men, couldn’t put Humpty together again”. Should’ve called Chris Rollins.
Chris is a miracle worker - he clearly knows his stuff inside out, takes the time to diagnose the real cause(s) of your issue, and probably most important - you can see that he actually cares… I rarely see that in today’s quick fix society. I always walk out of his treatment room feeling 100% better than when I walked in – couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Excellent physio clinic with very knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend Chris and his team as they are so genuine and kind. Great follow up after sessions and on going care. I highly recommend.
