KX Pilates Subiaco

So I did one of those intro offers … chose to go to Subi location. In my 5 sessions I met 4 different trainers. Everyone where great! For a first timer it was a challenge. It in a good way. I was surprised by the energy in the class some doof doof just at the right time to give you a boost Pearl and Florence were my fav and for my 5th session I chose a second go around with Florence. She didn’t disappoint, there was some intuitive instruction and she seemed to have time to chat to everyone individually while still running the class. The packages are not to bad but they have a time limit so you can get them from as low at $17 per class if you recon you’ll knock out 20 classes in a month.. if you want 365 validity the best price is $24 for 50 classes that’s $1200 up front. Will I go back? From a guys point of view this is a challenging exercise .. pallets is underrated! Especially with a trainer like Florence or Pearl. I’d go back for sure if I can get the package below $20 per visit with a longer validity as being fifo I’m only home 12 days a month .

Always a full body workout, challenging within your limits. Instructors are all so lovely and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it!

Am on holidays from interstate and $50 intro pass is GREAT value for a well set up studio. Ashley is an AWESOME instructor - able to provide beginners / intermediate balance to cater for range of participants, clear instructions (super important when coordination is required... ĺols), motivating and super play list without being too doof doof 🙌🙌🙌

Highly recommend Flo’s classes here. Her work-outs are intense and challenging but at the same time (somehow I don’t know how she does it) they’re also fun and playful. Thanks so much. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Excellent, friendly, helpful and very professional instructors, suitable for all levels of fitness (I had no idea what I was doing to start with). I would recommend to anyone struggling with flexibility.

I have been going here since it opened and always look forward to my workouts. Very reasonable prices for pilates and they do regular specials and a student discount too!

I love that every class it always different. I always leave feeling like I had a good workout.
