Been using Brightstarkid labels and other products for 4years now and very happy with the quality ,they are the only labels i choose, they last on bottles, lunch box and even they are in dishwasher, steamer. I also used the stick and wrap clothing labels and very impressed with them .
I would highly recommend for anyone that looking for durable and stylish personalised labels for their little ones. !

The iron on labels are so good as are all the products I have purchased. Eg. Backpacks, drink bottles, plates bowls.
I buy the labels for my mums clothes. She lives in a nursing home and her clothes go through a very hot wash and clothes dryer all the time . We have never had a label fall off.

I ordered a personalised lunch box for my daughter because I always hear good things about this Australian website. Although when I received my package there was a small bump/bubble where they had stuck the personalised sticker. I emailed straight away and explained what I had received, sent a few pictures and they straight away sent a new lid for me. The little problem was rectified straight away! It was super minor but also the first thing I noticed when I opened it. They were extremely nice about it and were very happy to help me out with the new lid. I’ve already brought personalised stickers from here previously which are amazing and go through the dishwasher without coming off the plastic and they don’t lose colour etc. Will definitely be buying from here again!

We ordered a magnetic family planner which was delivered with some damage sustained during delivery. I contacted Bright Star Kids via the chat with some photos and they sent out a replacement straight away - great customer service. The planner looks great too! Would definitely purchase from them again.

I have 2 kiddos in daycare and we absolutely love these labels. My first has been in daycare for 2.5 years and his labels are still holding up! I recently had a minor issue with labels (my fault!) and they’re customer service truly went above and beyond. I recommend them to everyone!

The quality is great!!!!! Designs are cute and fun and for all ages.
So far we have got the daycare stickers, water bottle, insulated lunchbox, bento box and 3 backpacks and don’t regret it for a second.
The backpacks are great for birthday presents and the prices are reasonable.

The products are perfect - just as pictured and described. I purchased the door signs and the bag tags. I love that you can customise them all. They print out beautifully and the quality is great. They look fantastic. The kids were ecstatic. I’d definitely recommend these products!

Great and quick service. Labels work well. They even printed a second batch out of their own accord after there was an issue with the text size on the clothing labels (due to a very lengthy double barrel name.)
Love the branding and gift options for Birthdays and Christmas as well.

Brilliant drink bottles, very high quality. Great size for my 3 and 5 year old. Lots of options for personalisation. Very fast delivery. Had a minor issue with the straws, contacted the company and staff member (JC), got back to me same day and had it all sorted quickly without fuss. Plan on using as gift ideas for family and friends for Xmas moving forward.

What a lovely business! The items came in so promptly and the lunch boxes and water bottles were just beautiful when I unpackaged them. The name labels don't budge, and don't fade in the dishwasher and on clothes they don't come off in the wash. Unfortunately one of the thee lunch boxes I purchased broke after a short period of use. I sent an email just to let them know so they can be aware for future manufacturing and was immediately offered a replacement that was identical and sent out immediately. I genuinely believe it must have been a once off issue, as Bright Star Kids immediately sent out a replacement with confidence and the other lunch boxes I still have are fine. It's so great to purchase with confidence, knowing it's going to be a great product and if there are any issues it's replaced ☺

I needed a range of labels for my daughter starting school which would last and be suitable for many items. The quality of the product is lovely and so versatile, super quick shipping as well. Will be buying again when I need!

Absolutely love my new magnetic family planner. A3 size fits well on the side of the fridge and the dry erase style is very handy for the different events on each week. Can’t rate this highly enough!

I’ve bought a few products and love them all. I got my children the bento lunch box plus cooler bag which is easy for them to open. I also got my daughter the bag and pencil case for school. It the prefect size for her. The latest product I got is the water bottle. I got the metal one for my daughter and the small plastic one for my son. They are prefect size for them (my son even uses his sister’s bottle sometimes). I’ll recommend there products to anyone who needs a personalised item.

I have found that these labels have been the longest lasting compared to other brands. I stuck labels on lunch boxes that go in the dishwasher 2-3 times a week and the labels are still intact and legible more than a year later.

Purchased the daycare labels and we are so impressed with how good quality they are! They stick on well to bottles and other items needing for daycare. It is worth the price and they are very cute!

I've purchased previously (2021) personalised Santa Sacks, Stockings, Hang Decorations and Signs for my now 5yo son and 3yo Daughter.

They arrived quickly, were true to sample and the colours and quality spot on - exceeded my expectations exponentially!

This year I've started getting things ready for my son to start Kindy in 2024 and so I got a Library Bag, a Swim Bag, 2 Pencil Cases (1 is being used as a home reader case), a Bento Box, Lunch Bag, Drink Bottle and school bag all personalised and matching plus labels for all his stuff, clothing labels and labels for his sister at Day Care!

Wow! The large Santa sacks are just awesome!! I bought 2 for my grandsons and the quality will last for years to come and the size is great to fit large odd size toys without any fuss!
