I cannot recommend Jamison highly enough! My rheumatologist referred me specifically for trusted experience with hypermobility & pain disorders. I’ve been going for a year now and I’m thrilled with the difference. Jamison is knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic and easy to work with. She’s been incredibly helpful with pacing and creatively adapting exercises to suit me, in a way no physio has ever done for me before. That gives me confidence knowing I have a sustainable program that helps me progress at a pace I can manage. Jamison has also been extremely generous with her time, providing an excellent level of education and practical training during appointments.
The clinic staff are also very kind and helpful, making it a pleasure to visit or contact them even when I’ve had intense pain days. All round a wonderful experience!

Fantastic location with easy parking out front. Physiotherapists are all very friendly and super knowledgeable. An amazing gym space with first class equipment. Receptionist Hannah was very helpful and made me feel welcome.
