RAC Dianella

Went in to RAC Travel Dianella to have a new International Drivers Licence made. The guy was very helpful, friendly and efficient and it was made within a few minutes at a very reasonable cost. Keep up the great service. Thank you.

It's hard to rate this as the Dianella branch gets 5 stars, but RAC gets 1 star.
Wanted to book a stay on their 3 for 2 nights deal, but after you delved down into all the terms and conditions, I found it just to be click bait. I'm extremely disappointed.
The Dianella branch really tried to help us. Also the new travel assistant was very good at doing a quote for Travel Insurance for us.

We needed to check on our Roadside Assistance and found the Dianella office the closest to us.
We were served promptly and with very friendly service were able to sort out our membership

Was seen immediately by a friendly staff member on entering the office to pay my car Insurance.
Further to this, my wallet was misplaced/stolen in a shopping centre several months ago, and despite my drivers licence, the only way the Centre could reach me was to call RAC (card in wallet),& ask them to contact me to advise me to call & collect it. Thanks RAC
