Stop in for a quick easy parking and shop,

and make sure you have a chat with Ba - you will gain some wisdom and walk out with with a smile on your face.

Another typical Vietnamese run deli that works hard to keep customers happy.

hot food very good. i love black stuff in freezer in back corner it taste delcious would reccomend. The lady there is very nice and warming when entering deliways. Good prices and smells very nice. I love this place

Wouldn't return unless I had no other option! I've been here twice and both times left extremely disgruntled.

First time I bought some milk which was lumpy when I got home (worth noting that the store was extremely messy and dirty at time of purchase and there was mopping being completed with no caution signs placed out).

Second time I went to buy some olive oil at the last minute and the price was labelled as $4.20. Went to the counter to pay and the man (I think the owner) said "$5". When I quizzed him about the price he didn't care. Walked back over to double check the price and came back to the counter and asked if it was $4.20, to which he replied "$5 like I said". I know it isn't much, but the price was expensive as it was already for a small bottle.

Horrible place! Dirty, over priced and rude staff. Very disappointed with this place. The hot food is also stale and tastes like cardboard. If you're looking for something sweet or hot, then there is a bakery called "The British Bakery" around the corner that is amazing!! Delicious food and super friendly staff.
