Wanted some Hobie getaway dolly wheels as I had some stolen. Called VIC store. Not much help. 6 month wait. Called NSW store could not even give a delivery date. Called Sunstate and what a breath of fresh air. Gordon could not have been more helpful. Called around and got three quotes for delivery to Victoria. Saved me about $150.00. Communication was exceptional. Forget the rest and go straight here. Highly recommend Sunstate.

Gordon and Dale were fabulous as they helped me to navigate through my first kayak purchases. I would go on to rate Sunstate Watersport and their customer service right up there amongst the best in the world regardless of genre. They spent almost an entire day fitting and trialing out different roof mounting options on my car until we found a setup that worked - and there wasn't a fuss about it. Their follow up service has also been stellar and besides winning over me as a customer, I will endorse them wholeheartedly to other people too.

Can't speak highly enough of this shop. Took my broken Hobie mirage drive in and they had the part in stock and even fitted it for me straight away at no extra charge. Great old fashioned business. Huge range of stock on hand and great attitude from owners - well done.
