Premium Car Care

Note, I did not purchase the filter from Premium Car Care but I did purchase the oil from them.

Firstly, as most would know, Nulon is a fairly standard brand in Australia and this product is readily available at most auto parts stores. However, as I was after a VW 507.00 approved oil, this greatly reduced options.

This exact product was at least $15 more expensive at every other major retailer locally. Whilst I ordered the product from Sydney, it only took a few days to get to Melbourne. Premium Car Care were not only cheaper than major retailers, they were also cheaper than all other online vendors as well.

Ordered two car batteries late the night before online and paid. Clearly read that they were for local pickup. I turned up unannounced first thing the following day, the guys were super friendly, accommodating and had my two batteries ready in 5 mins! Great price, great service!

Whilst I don't know the circumstances of the other poor reviews, one has to keep in mind that these days postage is a mess......

Bought some Nulon oil online, payment was accepted through PayPal but Premium Car Care website did not finalize the transaction. I was met with a syntax error.
I quickly setup a case with PayPal to cover myself but Anthony from PCP quickly sent me confirmation and tracking details.
I'll probably buy again from PCP as all companies can have issues with websites.

Originally I was put out by the lack of communication fron the seller, but decided to drop by the shop in person to follow up on my order. Spoke with Anthony and the order is now resolved. I can confirmed the business is 100% up and running (and not a scam!), they just have a huge backlog due to lockdown and restriction, so when they said orders will be delayed in processing, they mean it could be delayed, so keep that in mind when ordering.

Thanks Anthony for a timely resolution. I hope the business can catch up to your backlog fairly soon, and not catch more misunderstanding with the customers.

unsure why any genuine person would ever leave a poor review. Had many very smooth transactions at very low pricing. - highly recommended to all !!

Customer service experience excellent

I did rate this experience very low initially. After very poor communications. And poor excuses. I did receive a full refund when I dropped into the shop without notice. The shop is real & does exist. Unfortunately the transaction had to deteriorate to this low point. I can't say I will ever return, but I did get my money back.
Which restored some satisfaction.

This company had a few technical problems with their provider, but were very helpful to rectify my delivery issue once they were aware

I bought an item recently for pick up. I never received any correspondence on when my order was ready to pick up and they didn't reply to any emails nor answer my phone calls.
I had to go to the shop to enquire about my order. I went on a Saturday (website states is open) to find they were closed. I had to return on a Monday. Fortunately they were open and I was able to received my order right there and then.
Disappointing as business was previously excellent (March 2021), which is why I bought from them again.

Revised review from 1 Star to 3 Stars as order finally arrived.
Business does not communicate well with its customers which can cause frustration. Order did arrive from NSW to WA 2 weeks after it was placed but I had no idea it was on its way as I had no responses from my many phone calls and emails.

Do not order online from the website.
This is a mixed bag, physically shopping in store a better experience. Nice chaps to talk to.
ONLINE STORE is rubbish, pretty much click and pray. Got my first online order, but was sent a wrong item, will have to go to store now hoping they have stock as you can't call in advance.

Should have read the reviews first. Ordered 26 November 2023, my account debited on the same day, countless emails asking when my order will arrive. NO correspondence from them whatsoever, finally cancelled through PayPal. Steer clear of Premium Car Care, nothing ‘Premium’ about this mob. Only gave one star because I had to.
