Great place. Walked in needing a helmet and boots and they have a great selection of those. I’ve got a 61 inch head and they recommended a helmet with a dial which was a great solution. Their staff provided a lot of personalised service which was super helpful. Not a ton of parking so just be aware of that as you plan your visit. Will definitely go back and shop there again.

One of the best horse shops to deal with! They offer very professional, helpful & friendly service. Their prices are reasonable too & if they have the item in stock, they always post straight away.

Despite never writing a review normally-had to write one! The team at Drual are incredibly friendly and so helpful, even going so far as to send images and measure things to ensure sizing is right. Cannot recommend the team highly enough even living interstate they make it easy and effortless with amazing Service, big thanks to Tahlia for going above and beyond.

After shopping around for a specific Akubra and having no luck anywhere, I was able to source 2 of them from Saddleworld and they were awesome to deal with from the start. Very responsive to my questions and posted within hours of payment. Cheers!

Excellent customer service. I bought a 4-plait, 6 foot stockwhip whilst on holiday in Australia. Unfortunately, on getting home and trying it out, it broke. I contacted Saddleworld and requested a refund. They said that it would have to be sent back, or otherwise taken to a leather repair person, and they would compensate for the cost. I asked for them to provide a free return option due to the cost of returning something to Australia. I was then informed that they would be in England on a certain date, and they asked for my address which I gave them. Then I got an email asking me to post to a certain address in England which I did. Next thing is a replacement whip arrives in the post. However, not only is it a foot longer, it is also a 6-plait, worth considerably more money. Very impressive. Thank you.

Such a great set up in store, very easy to find what you need. Staff are amazing, so helpful and accommodating. Went in to find a helmet and they found the perfect one for me. Would recommend to anyone who needs horse riding accessories.
