I don't think I've ever posted a google review, let alone for a COVID-19 Clinic, but I wanted to thank all the medical staff and professionals today for being so kind and patient with me.

The test was really quick. All I needed to do was sign in via QR code and then the test was completed in a matter of minutes.

So great to see our state has testing so streamlined! Walked in, registered on my phone, got tested and was out in 5 minutes. The team were super friendly, and efficient. Keep it up!

I have been to this place so many times. They can do an urgent result especially if you need it for medical appointments. Staff are very friendly.

How do I get my test results via email? Does it take 3 days? Can I get paper test results?

Open 27 Dec. wife and I tested same time. Staff wrote “travel next day” on sample form. I got my result in time but wife’s two days too late. Could not follow up, possibly due to public holidays. On hold for up to six hours on multiple calls without answering before we gave up. Feel sorry for over stretched staff and other travellers struggling to comply with Govt requirements without the resources to allow compliance.

They did their best, all around a decent place to go. Our results took under 48 hours in the current peak waiting times Sydney is experiencing.

There were only 3 staff working in the clinic. As mentioned in other reviews, one of the staff spent a bit of time handing out forms and pens to the closest 50-100 people in the line. We only saw this happen twice while waiting for 3 hours. People who are complaining that it was closed probably showed up late - if they test everyone who shows up, they would never leave. This is a government problem, not a clinic problem.

In the room you can see a “used pen” and “new pen” box, so not as bad as everyone is making it out to be.

The staff did an amazing job for the work they had, hundreds if not thousands of people in the line with only 3 staff. We got there 1 hour before it opened, then waited for another 2 once the line started moving.

Giving 3 stars because the line management wasn’t the best, we tried pretty hard to make distance between the people in front and behind us, however everyone behind us kept creeping forward and invading our space, some of those people were coughing. Would be good if they policed that that a little better.

I can’t call them and don’t know what pathology they’re sending results to. I’ve waited over 2 days for my results and just want to check the status.
If anyone knows how I could reach them or what pathology they use it’d be greatly appreciated. None of the health direct/covid hotline can trace it.

Wait in line then they hand u paperwork & a pen to fill out ur details. The male Asian staff guy is a bit arrogant when giving instructions to clear door way & they told me to delete my photos I took inside. It takes 2.5 days to get ur results texted back.

There are only 2 staff. The man is very flustered and runs around like a chicken with his head cut off. The woman is good. The line needs a lot of work. It spirals around in a weird pattern inside, but there are no arrows or lines on the floor so it's constant confusion, with the man constantly telling to direct people in a heavy accent. The line outside is 2 hours long but they don't set up chairs. Also 30 mins of that line is in the hot sun, but they don't set up umbrellas.
These are all simple things to fix, but they haven't done it in the past 2 years.
Simply put, they're incompetent.
