The Lodge Hotel

Had a 30th function at the Lodge. Good size space for as (50 ppl) and great staff attention. Food platters were nice. Sandwich varieties need more 'variety' instead of all being salad, but that's easily fixed with a conversation. Drinks are affordable, and the strawberry cream slushie was a hit.

Only issue: there was another function at the back section, and people would shortcut through our function instead of walking around. Perhaps the ability to close off 'our' entrance to create a visual block.
Would definitely have another function there.

We recently had a function here and I can't say enough good things about Matt, who very patiently and understandingly helped me through organising the whole thing. The space was great and we were looked after amazingly. Our platters were delicious too. Thanks for making our event a memorable one!

My parents had their 60th wedding anniversary here. Everyone had a fantastic experience, food, service and wait were all excellent.
They did the little things like turn the music down for speeches etc.
Well done to the staff and thank you for helping making my parents enjoy their special day. I had the Korean chicken wings and they were very delicious. Great place.

We have eaten here a few times now and we have never been disappointed. I have some food allergies and the chef is always happy to answer questions and make suggestions on the menu. The menu is varied and delicious. We would definitely recommend eating at the lodge.

First time, and looks great. Very spacious, bar and dining area looks great. Looks really good for events etc. Food was fresh, hot and served in good timing.
Chicken Schnitzle was delicious, crunchy coating, moist and tender on the inside.

Matt and the team offered outstanding, friendly service from the moment we walked in to when we departed. The food was served quickly, fresh and hot and enjoyed by all.

Relaxed atmosphere, music was the right volume to enjoy and hold a conversation, cosy booths and comfortable seating at the tables.

We were celebrating a family birthday and staff helped us with the cake and took a family photo. I would definitely recommend The Lodge for a casual meal or celebration.

Always great service and food (just remember to order the Nasi Goreng milder if you don’t like spicy food!). A regular place to visit for us due to the consistency of the good food and we recently came for a birthday with other family and it didn’t disappoint. The staff went out of their way to make it a great night. Such a gem in the north!

Had the best god damn onion rings ever last night there and a really nice chicken schnitzel. The booths are so comfy and the atmosphere is real nice. I love the old school 1960's style individual lettering of the LODGE signage above the building, I love retro signage and buildings like the 1930's to 1960's era ones that I've seen first hand in the USA. The staff are friendly and the food was delivered quickly too. It's a good place in the northern suburbs to go too.

An amazing day once again ❤ lunch with the girls was wonderful. The staff perfect and can’t fault Matt the bar manager at all. He always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and always so polite with that infectious smile. Truly love the Lodge. Always a memorable visit 🥰🍺

We were looking for a venue for 40-50 people, we emailed 5 close to us venues, the Lodge was the only reply. So we checked out the venue, good selection of areas to suit, and the one that was suggested, was perfect. Cudos to Andrew and his staff for making sure the night went smoothly, and the food suggestions were perfect. As the night was planned for meet, greet, and finger food with a bar tab, the staff were all over the organisation under direction from Andrew. Many thanks to all of them, and we will recommend to all who ask us for a suggestion for a venue, as I’m sure our guests will also. Thank again for a great night.

We enjoyed a family Birthday dinner. Food was excellent, staff welcoming and friendly. Plenty of seating and the establishment is modern and spacious. We will be back!

Maybe have an option of how much chilli is used in the Nasi Goreng. Otherwise really enjoyed our time and the cleanliness of your hotel. Thankyou we will be back. And the cheesy garlic bread was outstanding.

Great service and the food was very good, we had a great lunch celebrating a birthday.

We came to the lodge for birthday drinks. The cocktail prices are amazing, the vibe is fantastic. We had the most excellent service from all the staff. I would particularly like to thank Robby for making the night memorable.

We look forward coming to the Lodge as the meals are always fantastic. Well done and keep up the good work.
