One time I accidentally locked myself out, they able to easily lend me an extra key. When we move out, we dealt with both Amber and Ilana. Ilana and Michael Goldberg are highly unprofessional. Never lease with Prime Property Partners Randwick. They're rude, conniving, don't follow contracts and are overall terrible to deal with. On multiple occasions throughout a one year lease, have they not just acted subpar, but completely unprofesssional - forgetting to note down receiving keys back which in turned incurred a cost when we moved out. Explicitly broke the lease agreement, and threatened a poor rental record for bringing this up. Absolutely appalling.

Both Ilana and Michael Goldberg are liars untrustworthy at all. Keep away from them!! Don’t do any deals with them!!
