Priceline Pharmacy Gungahlin

I've spoken to about three staff members in total from every time I went to the store, two young ladies there were nice, polite, and helped me and made my trip to this store exceptional.
One lady, I've had the absolute pleasure to meet twice had an notably admirable attitude both times I've asked for help. She acts with professionalism & customer service skills beyond belief. To be shopping at this store makes me feel as if retail will never lose it’s touch with respect to the e-commerce market. Her quality of service has made me never want to shop in any store but this because she enlightens my day every time I see her.

Thank you to Rachel who was on duty today ( 3/08/22) around 3 pm . She is most helpful and polite , goes out of her way to assist by approaching each and everyone. Keep up the good work and well done 👍🏻

Can I please thank the lovely people in this pharmacy. I had a script to fill and it seems no pharmacy in the ACT that I had contacted, and I had contacted so many, could locate the medication I needed, let alone find an appropriate alternative. Covid was stopping deliveries internationally apparently and suppliers just couldnt get them...goodness knows how others are coping out there...
After going to one pharmacy that had assured me they had my meds in stock and had put them away with my name on them, I travelling across town to get them on public transport. I got there to find a rather "I couldnt care less if you died Lady" chap who was not able to find these meds or even care if they were found. He simply walked away with his hands in his pockets. I left in tears.
In desperation I stopped into PP Gungahlin and they were able to find me a safe alternative, made sure to phone to confirm the arrival of the medication and yes it was there when I bused there to get it...
Helpful, reliable and caring and always smiling. Gotta love that. I left smiling from this pharmacy, unlike the previous one. Bless them.

Amazing product range with highly skilled, & astounding customer service. One of the young lady's in prescriptions area was able to help with my young son's perscription & help us download the new ue bute priceline app for future services.

Lovely Gentleman behind the tills. Courteous and Polite. Most of the staff are personable and helpful. Stores a bit of a rabbit warren though.☺

All staff are courteous, friendly, helpful, kind. The Pharmacists are especially to be congratulated on their professionalism, and caring attitude.

Many thanks to the Pharmacist, the Chinese lady, excuse my bad memory couldn’t remember her name, she gave me thoughtful and clear instructions about my medication which helped me recover from a major surgery very soon. I appreciate very much!
