Excellent customer service from Min. Highly professional, was able to offer solutions and answer all my questions promptly, follow up was amazing and was able to provide very competitive pricing as well. The showroom is large and they have a good range of products available. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Southern Innovations enough. Their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping, no matter how small the query. There is clearly a focus on professionalism and customer service. Keep up the great work.

I came to the store while I was planning to renovate my house but all I knew was that I needed new fans and extractors. I wasn't sure of what I wanted but the staff were super friendly and knew exactly what I needed. I was able to choose exactly what I wanted and combine a few different products to get the best option for me. Im so glad that went there especially now because of the heat we are having. 😀

Worked with Southern Innovations on commercial builds and they have been wonderful. A few changes of products as time passes but always willing to help and find a solution. Would highly reccomend.

Absolutely love the showroom at Fyshwick. As I was going though a hard time, every time I visited your showroom I met one of your customer service representatives named Kristine she was very professional was quick whittled and very friendly she always put time aside for me when I came In while I was doing renovations on and off for my house. She brought such joy to my life at a time there was none . But the other day I was told she no longer works for the business. Which to me is quite disappointing. She was your golden star. I unfortunately will not be shopping here again as I’ve seen how management treat the staff and working in a retail environment keep it off the shop floor the stuff I was hearing was utterly disturbing to say the least. Will I recommend your business yes. For quality over other companies absolutely but what let you down was treatment of your staff.
