Lovely blokes to deal with, always friendly. Hard to take the constant smell of cigarette smoke wafting through the place that turns me right off these days. No excuse for a business making the paying clients put up with the stink. Time they caught up with the fact that cigarettes are just bad for the smoker while passive smoke is bad for everyone! Go outside and smoke if you have to!
