Great service, friendly staff..no complaints at all..customer there for many years..go girls.

This is a very good store, they do price match but I have never really shopped around because for me when it comes to my health, service and Care from the staff ir most important. They have become a part of my family and provide a service rarely seen in businesses today. Full credit to Melody and Mita who have kept the staff consistently high in service standard, well over the 10 years I have been a customer.

Excellent customer service and great prices.

Very disappointed to know that I was literally ripped off by this drug store.
I purchased a prescription antibiotic from them, took a pill on the first day, but I was out and about all day and I thought I lost the pills. Because I had to take my antibiotics again, I went to Chemist warehouse to buy the same pills.
I was shocked to discover that the price i paid in the "Discount" Drug Store in Morley, WA was $19.43 vs. $5.60 at the other place.
This is disgusting 😤

After viewing my comment, I got a message from the store Manager asking me to contact them and get a refund for my purchase. The store price matched with what I paid at Chemist Warehouse and refund me the difference.
I do appreciate this, however can't stop wondering how can one trust the system? How can the same product cost 300% more in one store vs the other? I was lucky enough to notice the difference because I bought the same product with 24hr in two different location, but how many people do that? How many of us are taken for "a ride" every single day.

I have increased my star review to 3 start only because I got an answer on this matter and got my money back, however I could have pare myself the time and efforts for all this if the price on this product was right from the get go.

Person discharged from hospital hours earlier - he was on crutches so he waited in car.

Pharmacy refused to dispense S8 pain meds ... stating "legally, it's the law, they need to contact prescribing Dr - to ascertain the script is 100% real ... And since prescribing Dr is closed, would need to wait until tomorrow".

If it is LEGAL/LAW as your staff stated ... Why then, would another nearby pharmacy fill the script for us?!?!? !!!

Understand, restrictions on S8 pain meds, but when someone has just been discharged from hospital - after major surgery - and their need was valid ... It seems alittle inhumane.

Understand pharmacy is probably trying to cover themselves from bad ppl that have duped the system ... But still.

[EDIT] ... The pharmacy that filled the script, said to us ... couldn't understand what we had been told by pharmacist at the above mentioned store ... He also said, there may have been some untruths as to what we were initially told.

This store used to be great until they became greedy! They just did a price match as I called Busselton Discount Drug Store, where they sold my weight loss pills Phentodur for $99. This chemist asked $137. Big difference.
THEY WERE NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT and they said they would only do it this one time because they are a franchise not part of the original chain of discount drug stores!!! WHAT THE??
they say they won't do a price match on them again. I know ALL chemist's charge around $97-99 for this product.
$40 more here is RIDICULOUS-GREEDY BEYOND COMPREHENSION.
Then the young girl there said, "make sure this isn't something you'll return as I see you returned something here 4yrs ago because you didn't like the brand".
I thought, "You rude, arrogant little twerp". Rekns her family will lose money

The asian pharmacist is very nice. The owners=GREEDY MAGGOTS.

I'm an interpreter with a psych degree. I'm a professional. There's no need to mistreat ppl because they caught you out ripping everyone off! CHECK THIS CHEMIST!!!

Terrible customer service this evening. To be fair there is some great staff there. But this particular person didn't seem to have a clue.
