Tender Loving Care Disability Services - Greenslopes

I have been working with TLC as a physio for the past three years, the staff at TLC always go above and beyond for their clients, and are very knowledgeable regarding the NDIS, aged care and work cover sectors.

Really happy with the services received. The team took time to understand what my husband and I needed and took time finding the right group of support workers as we have specific needs. It was a nice change from providers who don't give choice. We have now built a great team of supports and are grateful for the time and effort put in by everyone.

It was great to see the people who run the business. Talking to the person who is providing the service. It was great to put a face to the person on the other end of the phone call.

Service provider for disabled people

OMG seriously I have only just worked out that this company whom was supposed to be supporting my child isn’t I guess that’s why I haven’t heard from them. Or maybe it was that I got really angry and told them off a few times as support workers slept on my couch while looking after my 10yr old or not showing up to pick them up from school wow I guess they are touchy about being told they aren’t doing their job…

Please save yourself the frustration. Multiple different workers, they cannot pass on simple instructions, getting a roster is like pulling teeth.
