Health Matters Karalee

I have the ease and convenience of living very close to HMK and I am very thankful that I do! It’s difficult to find a GP and practice that remember why they had made a decision to become a doctor or specialist. I can honestly say that the GP’s who I have had appointments with are very down to earth, knowledgeable, easy to get along hey care for other people. The practice is always clean & tidy administration staff are friendly & accommodating. I struggle sometimes with coordination a large families medical appointments but the team here are always amazingly helpful and organised to help me out! The doctors are approachable and they have always been on time which is soo important

I have been coming here for a few years seeing a doctor and I can’t thank him enough helping me with all areas of my health. I know whenever I see him he will listen to me and take my thoughts into consideration. I never feel rushed in my consultations and he is the person I go back to discuss further and process when me specialist have created a treatment plan as he explains things further in terms I can understanding and makes me comfortable with what the specialist are planning on doing. He is not a doctor to just give you a random script he will explore other treatment options and run further tests to find the cause. A few months ago I was in extreme discomfort and he rang the radiologist to book an appointment and followed up with telephone call a a few hours later with the results which was lovely especially when anxiety is running high of different possibilities

The reception ladies, are such lovely professional people and I know at times when the phone is ringing they still take the time to make sure I have all I need.

I recently needed the nurse multiple times for a wound, every time they were gentle and really caring. They always followed the necessary hygiene requirements which is reassuring when you are concerned of getting an infection. They also each time were gentle and made sure I wasn’t in pain. As someone who is allergic to adhesives they asked how I went with previous dressings and used a dressing that was best suited for my needs. Aside from the wound she also asked how I was managing at home to make sure I had support.

In all aspects of Health Matters Karalee I cannot fault the treatment I have received. If I could do more stars I would.

A great local practice with doctors who genuinely care and are skilled. I see Dr Brooke Miegel and Dr Imtiaz Ousmand who are both fantastic. I had something to be removed from underneath my scalp, and Dr Imtiaz removed it with precision. You cannot even see where the procedure occurred which I am so pleased with. I had considered a plastic surgeon as it was right at the front of my scalp but so glad I had Dr Imtiaz do it.

I have been looking for a great practice and a Doctor. I have just moved from Sydney with my family. And I just want to say that this practice was 10 stars 🌟. Thank you guys. I will continue to see the practice. I was so happy with the service and the care Dr Brooks took to assess my situation. Keep up the great service.👍 10/10

Everyone is so nice at this doctor's practice, especially Lyn. She's always incredibly helpful and guides you through appointments and inquiries with patience and care.

My husband saw Dr Mark O’Donoghue for the first time as we’re looking at finding a new GP. The wait was long admittedly but Dr Mark was absolutely incredible and so caring. Worth the wait. Dr Mark took time to look at all of his skin melanomas and burn some off. He has him returning to have others surgically removed. Definitely will be the new Dr.
Unfortunately Dr Mark is no longer at this clinic and is a sad loss.

The reception staff are always so friendly. Clean and tidy practice. Dr Brooke Miegal is absolutely amazing, so understanding and makes you feel really comfortable, amazing with my two young daughters, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I booked my appointment with short notice and they were able to squeeze me in later that day. When I visited the practice the staff and environment were inviting and friendly. The doctor I saw was not only professional but very informative. I work in the area and I always hear raving reviews about the Medical doctors here. I would highly recommend!

Thanks you for amazing service yesterday. I took the chance to see if I could get an appointment as I cut m finger and has now become infected. Was told sorry fully booked under the current situation in the country understandable. Asked if I could get a script for Bactriban was asked if I could wait said sure. 10 minutes later was quickly seen & was given antibiotics & finger cleaned. Thanks all the staff 😊🌻

As with all good professionals, waiting times are some time long, worth the wait best Doctors Our family have ever had. Caring, polite, fantastic staff, I feel lucky to be able to use their service.

29/03/2021. I had an appointment for a covid jab. Making the appointment and filling out forms online was easy, but the best experience was the friendly, helpful, slick, service by the numerous staff. Well done everyone!!

Wonderful staff, always pleasant. Dr Mark O'Donahugh is one of the GP's here that is our family doctor. Dr Marko is possibly the best GP in the country, if only all GP's were like this amazing man, caring, patient and thorough, he is everything a GP should be.

Great staff, always happy and welcoming. The doctors and nurses are always professional and happy to help and listen. The new building is modern and has great new facilities. Pleasure to deal with.

The organisation in your COVID vaccination clinic is flawless. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, even in the busy environment.

Doctors and reception staff are always pleasent and very helpful. They spend the time to find out your exact medical issue. And support you from start to finish.
