Had a fantastic experience with Harvey Norman, Emerald. Big shout out to Josh and the manager (sadly I didn’t catch his name). Their work to chase up a click and collect was fantastic.

David in the appliance department was so helpfull in dealing with a faulty washing machine we have had since we brought it in august. He did not hesitate to contact his manager on a Sunday to organise a new one for us or try and see what could be done.. Thankyou David you are a total gem all your co workers need to take a leaf out of your book. You are a total asset to Harvey Norman and I just wish there were more people like you in the world. 4 months of frustration and dealing with the supplier and you and your manager fixed it all under an hour. Thankyou again totally appreciate all your help.

Fabulous people. Our mobile phone had failed and we were stressing the we would lose all our photos. We purchased a new phone from them and for a small fee the tech department copied everything from the old phone to the new phone. Fabulous gold medal service. Very happy.

We had an excellent experience dealing with harvey norman emerald! The staff over there were very helpful, with excellent manners. Especially Hamish and Anthony (the supervisor) have done everything to solve the problem that been occurred, in a very sort time

For a small rural town this Harvey Norman brings the goods, almost as if you were in the city. Friendly staff plenty of parking close to the store due to the fairly quite complex it's located in.

Such a big and eccentric Harvey Norman. The electronics section reminds me something out of Harry Potter, specifically the scene in the last movie where they are trying to find a horcrux in the area that has lots of things stacked up really high. You won't be getting chased by Malfoy here though, you'll probably get chased by the friendly staff though asking you if you need assistance. Had a pleasant experience, will be back here to buy a TV so I can binge watch the Harry Potter movies again. Thanks.
