My favourite are the Ox short ribs slow cooked on the smoker. Billy’s stocks everything you need to get your smoker fired up including lump charcoal, rubs BBQ sauces and wood for smoking.

I can't praise this butcher shop enough! The service is outstanding, and the quality of their meat is unparalleled. Every Saturday, I eagerly visit to indulge in their delectable porchetta, ham off the bone, and pork and fennel sausages. The flavors are simply amazing! What sets this place apart is not just their incredible selection but also the consistently high quality of their products.

Ordered some sliced topside to make Rouladen for Christmas and had a bit of a miscommunication over how they would be prepared and ended up getting something that wasn't really suitable. Brought it back to the shop the next morning and they immediately fixed me up. Sliced some more on the spot exactly how I wanted it and practically refunded me at gunpoint for my trouble. Easily the most painless return I've made in my life and this is while the boys were flat strap dealing with everything else Christmas brings. I'll definitely be coming back.

Had an amazing lunch here. Then popped into the butcher to get some delicious food for dinner. Good selection of prepared meals too

Cannot speak more highly of this butcher!! We have been buying our meat from Meat at Billy’s for more than 5 years now. Their products are exceptional quality and service is always great. We especially love their sausages and buy a variety of meat in bulk mostly through click collect which is convenient and packaged well.

They have good quality meat in stock. Im sure that's what you are after and that's what you get.

What a great experience with this shop. Called in Sunday morning to gather supplies for breakfast and lunch (all Brisbane visitors). Double smoked bacon, fillet steaks, sausages and kebabs for 20 people. Lots of great comments on the steaks and bacon. Treated like a customer.

First time here. Italian pork fennel sausages are authentic and top quality. I'll be back. Hope they don't change them. 👍

It’s expensive but the quality is outstanding. The staff are friendly and helpful and will cut up a chicken or cut marrow bones and anything else that you need. It’s a really special place. The lamb is consistently superb, the beef is beautiful and the chicken is delicious but we are really not crazy about the sausages … not sure why they are getting this so wrong as the wors is really average (not the meat just the way they make it).

I have been a regular weekly customer for 2 years now and I can't heap enough praise on the team at Rosalie. Great meat and friendly service and the meat is always worthy of a fine bottle of red ! Would certainly appreciate that if all customers frequenting the store would respect the rules set out by management. On Saturday had a couple tying up the store whilst 10 people waited outside for them to decide what to buy. Let's all get behind MAB and respect their rules for a pleasant experience. Thanks Guys !!

First visit today and This Place has the best selection of cuts. Quality butches at it's finest.

The boys greeted me at the door and were ready to help. Their meat looked great and I guess the produce looked pretty good too.. 😏 Was given advice for a brisket rub which turned out excellent and was the crowd favourite at the BBQ. Will be coming back here and I look forward to being a regular customer 👍

Called in Sunday arvo. Friendly and welcoming staff. Grabbed some of there kebabs Beef & Veggie plus Lamb & Feta Cooked tonight on the grill, fantastic. Quality meat, veg and cheese. Thanks Meat at Billy’s we are coming back to try more. Highly Recommended

These guys are awesome. My first visit last week to get a few samples. My GOD. The pork medallions are to die for, the pork ribs sensational and the grass fed sirloin simply melted in the mouth. Went back today and loaded up with a week's worth. Greated with a new shop, the display is massive full of fresh treats. Do yourself a favour and pay these boys a visit. You will become a devotee

Love the team at Meat at Billys’ Rosalie. The boys are always friendly, respectful and very helpful. Full of great ideas for meals, cooking tips and the quality is amazing!
