Definitely 5 star service and performance. Like most people I went in knowing roughly what I wanted, but not 100% sure. The staff at Greenslopes were extremely helpful, knew their jobs, and were certainly patient. They helped me do what I needed in the most economical way and provided expert advice for what I have to do at a later date.

I popped in first thing to renew my drivers licence at TMR Greenslopes on Thursday - as did many other people…but the staff weren’t phased by the queue waiting outside. The lady who ‘triaged’ us was really friendly and quick and the young man who served me was really helpful and cheerful. A great start to my day. Excellent service for an inconvenient activity.

Yesterday we went to register a vehicle on behalf of a friend and we were served by Madi at desk 9. I cannot commend her service enough. She went above and beyond to process the registration and was the friendliest person I have been served by ever! The department of Transportation can be very busy, you could probably finish a chapter or two in a book while you wait. But the staff are doing incredible jobs under so many regulations most of us dont know. And then when you are greeted with someone like Madi it makes the time fly by, with her friendly and enjoyable engagement. We left there happy and positive and that is all thanks to Madis great customer service!

I recently underwent my driving test with Linda serving as my examiner, and I cannot praise her enough for the exceptional support and professionalism she displayed throughout the entire process. Despite my initial nervousness, Linda's kindness and understanding instantly put me at ease.

Throughout the test, Linda's calm demeanor and clear instructions helped me remain composed and focused. She showed remarkable patience and professionalism, which greatly contributed to my success during the examination. Her positive attitude and encouraging feedback were instrumental in boosting my confidence behind the wheel.

After the test, Linda continued to exhibit her pleasant and supportive nature. Her genuine interest in ensuring my success was evident, and I truly appreciated her positive approach.

I am immensely grateful to Linda for her outstanding customer service and dedication to road safety. Her expertise and encouragement not only helped me pass my driving test but also equipped me with valuable skills for safe driving in the future.

A massive thank you to Tania and the staff who assisted me today. I had a few issues on my end getting my paperwork ready and the staff were patient with me and did everything they could to assist me with every step.

There is a worker I saw yesterday by the name of Chris, he went out of his way to resolve my issue. From emailing and calling another department to get the ball rolling with my stuff and even called me this morning to let me know the results. Thank you very much Chris for going above and beyond. I’ve visited this establishment twice, and both times were great experiences. First, I went to receive my learner licence. The staff member I got was nice, calm, and understanding. He spoke slowly and never raised his voice, which was incredibly convenient as I was stressed at the unknown procedures required. The second visit was following my driving exam, where I was assigned another kind, patient instructor who never yelled or expressed contempt. From these visitations, I believe the staff here are professional and personable, the perfect combination for teenagers who are working towards entering adulthood. I’d also like to highlight the online customer support team — I called a few times with problems, and the skilled employees solved my issues with ease.

Very well organized and no problem is to big. They treat you with respect.

People here were so much nicer than expected. From the driving examiner who was the sweetest (I wish I remembered his name) to the service desk employee who kept congratulating me for passing my test. The friendliness really took me by surprise.

I was very impressed with the fast service of the department, as well as the efficiency, friendliness and politeness of the staff member who served me.

Very good TMR office, very speed service. Separate sections for dealers, taxis, and personal sections separately served. Very good staff like Ricky, K, John and few other ladies very good people, very helping nature. We have couple more other TMR offices around us here, but never ever thought to try another location as these people are so good, even we never thought of others.

I really just want to be express my thanks and gratitude for Chris at the Department of Transport Greenslopes. This was the second time he has served me.

Not only has he been extremely helpful in guiding me through the transfer of my rego, but he has been more than happy to walk me through various other steps and answer any other questions I had on both occasions, something I found really beneficial after recently moving to Australia and feeling a little lost.

In addition he’s just genuinely a really cool guy, with a passion for helping people; we need more Chris’ in the world!

We had a complicated issue and I was expecting it to be time consuming. Quite the opposite. Jeremy was efficient, friendly and nothing was too hard. Thank you for the best customer service I have had in a long time.

Great people. Did my practical driving test here. The driving examiner made me feel calm and gave clear directions. As well as everyone else I interacted with were super friendly and understanding.
