My experience with this Law firm was extremely positive and Staff went above and beyond. All staff and Lawyers were helpful and respectful. One in particular was exceptional, going far beyond her "job description" I'm sure. I would highly recommend Websters Lawyers firm.

Jo Smith is a sensational criminal lawyer. Having had experience in the Prosecutor’s office she is fully versed on procedures and requirements of the other side of the fence, which puts her in good stead when defending a client. My wife and I were advised by our sister in law to use Webster's based on her very positive experience in executing her mother's will with their expert guidance. We had them draw up our wills and power of attorney and I was very impressed with their friendly and professional approach. Nikita explained everything in plain english and was quick in getting the job done. Their rates were more than reasonable.

My Return To Work claim was settled a couple years ago, however, with already stringent workers compensation legislation about to be tightened in SA, I cannot recommend engaging a knowledgeable lawyer enough. Attempting to navigate the process yourself is fraught with difficulty, obstruction and undermining tactics from RTWSA unless you are either a legal expert yourself or have one advocating for you.

Very belated but still sincere thanks to Firm Principal Ken Gluche and Senior Associate Quynh Hoang at Websters for handling my case with care and attention to detail. Great care was taken at the start to ensure my expectations were well managed. This included a clear and informative explanation of all of my available legal options as well as the risks involved for each option. Pricing was realistic and transparent, with regular updates provided of the running total. At the end of it all, my fees were approximately 4-5 thousand dollars less than what I was bracing myself for.

In addition to a successful outcome, the stress that was eliminated by having my communications with RTWSA entirely handled by Quynh made the fees worthwhile for me. My case was a relatively straightforward and uncomplicated one, which really shouldn't have required a lawyer at all. But as soon as the focus moved from my physical recovery to money being paid out to me, it became apparent that my difficulties in dealing with RTWSA would only intensify if I continued to go it alone.

A highly personable and professional team who I strongly recommend.

Prior to utilising the services of Websters Lawyers, I phoned and emailed several that I located using Google. Websters were the only business that returned my call. I am a bit disabled and don't drive, so being a local business, they did all in their power to make my visit smooth, including changing appointment times several times. I subsequently did my business with Websters Lawyers, and I was very impressed by the service, the professionalism, the friendliness of staff and the ease of having my needs attended to. My interaction with Websters was enjoyable and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. Very professional business.

My partner and I were very happy with the service provided by Websters Lawyers, in particular Naomi Hill.
My friend recommended another lawyer at another firm so we went there first but walked straight out of the waiting room when we saw the hourly price and there was no initial free appointment, so we contacted Websters lawyers as I had an initial free appointment with a lawyer a year or so ago and he was very helpful.
Once we explained the details of the situation to Naomi she explained what the likely costs would be for the different actions we could take. Costs ended up being spot on what she outlined to us.
During our meetings I was satisfied with the progress and work done feeling confident we had the right person helping us through this unsettling time.
But on the important court date, I was overly impressed with our lawyer. I have had a couple of other lawyers in the past and was not that satisfied with how they presented me in court and the outcome they achieved for me, but without going into any details, let me say this lady is a star in my eyes. Due to her hard work, solid knowledge of the law, high intelligence, confidence and persistence she was able to obtain the best outcome for us where many similar cases had not.
I hope we never need another lawyer in the future (no one does I guess), but if we do I will feel confident that Websters layers will be the right choice.
