City Auto Repair Service

Had a great experience with Peter and his team at City Auto Repairs. From the time I booked my vehicle in the communication was great and very clear on terms of expectations and everything. Peter was able to get my car sorted and when it came back I was surprised how new it looked in terms of the paint finish and detailing - no more dents either. Not sure about the price point as this was handled through an insurer, nevertheless I felt really well looked after in terms of organising everything around the repair - from getting the car in to then getting it back.

I rang up a few times with various questions and issues - Peter and his team always took the time to take me through things properly so I knew what was happening with the repair and what the timelines would be and all of that. The insurance company must have been happy too, because after the assessment all the issues identified which related to the initial accident damage was approved for repair by the insurer.

The shop is located in Deshon St which is not that easy to park in - I would recommend parking down one of the side streets so as to not block up the main driveway.

Took my car a very old but loved 1996 corolla seca to have some overdue rust cutout of the rear hatch. Fantastic work. Looks like new. Very quick time repairs done in and Peter and his whole team are very professional and economical in price compared to other quotes. I highly recommend for panelrepairs and I think they do all mechanical too.

City auto group were great to deal with. They not only have great customer service but their work is second to none. This is the third time I have used them for repairs and painting and they have done fabulous work every time. This latest job was very detailed and they executed it as the true craftsmen that they are.
Anyone who cares for their car can entrust it to City to do a great job… well done team.

I used City Auto instead of my insurance recommended repairers because of good references, although this takes a bit longer if you go through insurance however it was worth the wait. The job was delayed a couple of days due to bad weather however I am happy that they advised me of the delay in advance (2 days) .

Car was completed on the re-scheduled date. Very happy with the job, I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. I had a minor bumper repair needed on a fairly new car. Pete explained the process so I knew I was getting the job done right. He was accomodating when I had to change my appointment because my very young baby was unwell. With two kids under two, I was going to pile them into a pram and walk the small distance to pick up the car but when it started to rain, Pete was quick to say 'no way' and arranged for the car to be dropped to me. The job was done well, the car looked great and fresh.

Peter and his staff kindly fixed my front fender promptly and did an excellent job. The left-hand side was jutting out due to having been ripped out slightly when I parked in a car park. Instead of having to go to all the expense of replacing the whole thing, they kindly just fastened the fender with some glue and a clamp - took only a few minutes. Did the trick! Thank-you so much for your work! Greatly appreciated!

Highly recommended by my excellent best mechanic at Buranda Automotive . Coped with our indecision patiently until we had to abort the job . Supported us and patiently gave us information on our options which we took their advice , which was of no advantage to City Auto . I thank them how they supported my over 80 year old mother .
