I sent them an email on 10/01/24 asking for information about them and if they would be interested in taking on a new business client. On 13/01/24 I received an email from someone called Eldose asking where I am based. I responded immediately. On 15/01/24 I sent another email requesting they respond. It is now 19/01/24 and still no response so all I can gather from this is they do not have any customer service nor do they wish to take on a new business client. I won't be wasting any more time on this business. If I could give a Zero rating I would.
