Brought a Platinum Chariot S5 three weeks ago from Steve the Salesman/ hand over guru!!
Had our first camp this weekend for two nights, everything worked perfect
Great interior lighting, heaps of water storage, good 12v system, great kitchen area, couldn't ask for anything more
Easy to put camper up and annexe ( lucky I took a ladder though!!)

You're not going to get as much bang for your buck anywhere else, and the service at Platinum Campers is top shelf, as is the product. We purchased a Warrior S4 and everything just does what it is supposed to do, and then some. Handover was great - I encourage everyone to listen to the tips being given - they're gold. Strongly recommend this place and this company. Special thanks to Steve who made it seem so easy up front (and actually convinced us to buy without really trying to convince us at all) and to Bianca whose expertise and assistance especially at hand over was second to none.

Really happy we chose Platinum. They make a quality product and the service has been excellent throughout. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and were always available for questions. Looking forward to getting out on the road in my Chase now.

Just got my Platinum Camper on Friday and camped over the June long weekend to try it out, absolutely love it and can't wait to do more.

We just picked up our Quest S4. We are more then happy with the camper, can't wait to take it out. The team do a top job and under the covid climate we are in atm have done there best to get our camper ready in a timely manner..Looking forward to creating many memories and enjoying our new Quest S4.

Purchased the Quest 4 through Coverall Cairns who were great. Keeping me up to date of the process. Helped arranged me to pick it up in Brisbane as I was travelling. Met the staff at Brisbane who were equally as nice and knowledgeable. Great product with heaps of room for storage. Took us through a full handover showing their tips and tricks of utilising it to its fullest potential. The staff worked overtime to ensure my family could get it before Christmas for our family Christmas camping adventure. Was a pleasure to deal with both stores. Highly recommend.

Platinum Campers were a pleasure to deal with the whole way through the process. Steve was very knowledgeable about a camper trailer that would suit our needs, and when we picked the camper up in Brisbane Mac did a tremendous job spending over an hour showing us the ins and outs and tips and tricks of the new camper. The camper is excellent quantity and very very spacious (General S4). I would recommend Platinum Campers every day of the week.

Darryl and the Team at Platinum Campers have gone above and beyond with regards to their customer service. They stepped us through every stage of the process of buying our Commander Camper Trailer and always responded promptly to any questions or queries asked. Due to the current Covid restrictions Darryl went above and beyond to make sure we received our new camper trailer in a very prompt timeframe.
The quality of the Commander is of a high caliber, displaying a lot of thought, practicality and passion when it was being designed and built.
