It would have never crossed my mind to use a broker, but I met Richard randomly and thought why not. I'm usually so skeptical with anything car related, but TVB was straight up amazing to deal with.

TVB got us a much better deal than anything we'd been able to get ourselves. But on top of that they made the process much easier, and were always available to answer questions. We were even picked up and driven to the car yard to get the new cars without having to organise anything. Little things like that make all the difference.
