Great service. The lady went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and took in consideration my shape and size without embarrassing me. Dresses roughly $140 but worth it as they are excellent quality fabric and mine was fully lined and adjustable. Big sizes available. A sexy bras available in big sizes too.

Michelle was so very helpful. She made me so happy that I'd come into the store this week. Thank you so much for your attentive listening and genuine compassionate approach. Each person that comes in has their own story, no matter their appearance... Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and equality... Michelle delivered these with ease and class. Well done. Happy customer.. definitely will return.

I’d love for there to be more stars. I went in today and as soon as I entered the store Vanessa came up and greeted me and told me about the sizing and what size she recommended me to be then she helped me pick out clothes and placed them in the dressing room for me and when I was trying on clothes she recommended I go down a size in pants this made me so happy I finally feel like I was accepted. I’m so used of shops as soon as you enter they look at you and go we have nothing your size even if I wasn’t shopping for me thank you so much Vanessa the experience you gave me today will make me return.

Called the store at around 12-12.30pm today, and the sales assistant working (unfortunately I didnt catch her name) went above and beyond to help me get what I needed! Without my asking she checked if nearby stores had the desired item in-stock, and helped brainstorm a solution to resolve the situation for me. As a retail store manager, I can firmly say that this staff member is an asset to your company.

I have also had positive experiences when shopping in-store and prefer the team at this store to my other local City Chics!

The girls at this store consistently go above and beyond with their customer service. They are always so happy and welcoming and do so much for their customers. This team rocks and their store is always looking great and clean! I hope the company recognize what rock stars they have working at this store!!

First time shopping at the store. Vanessa made me feel so welcome as she did with every customer that came in. She was so helpful grabing an array of dresses that may suit. She made the whole experience a pleasure and will definitely be back.

The service in the Morayfield store is amazing. Having dealt with 3 different people in the last week I cannot fault any of them. Fantastic service!! After a failed attempt at purchasing a dress online. I had a very positive experience instore. Rachell was amazing with her knowledge and experience nothing was too much effort. Rachell is definitely an asset to your store! I was able to exchange for a great dress that looks amazing! Thanks for the excellent customer service!!!

What's amazing staff. I walked in feeling pretty Ahab, and walked out feeling fab. These women are so enthusiastic and make you feel comfortable in your own body I've never experienced before. Probably will not shop anywhere else unless necessary

I wish I remembered the name of my server! Her name started with an A and I’m pretty sure it stood for Amazing! She talked me through various options and gave me a positive experience the entire time. I felt fabulous when I finally got to get my Frock On!

Love this store. Some beautiful clothes to choose from and they are great quality too. The staff are lovely and couldn't be more helpful.

Seabohn was so helpful and I probably spent a lot more than I intended to but she showed me how to mix and match with my older pieces I purchased for winter and once I found out lingerie was on special, she did a fitting and so i bought some beautiful pieces and saved a fortune...all the staff there are a credit to your company showing professionalism and friendliness...but Seabohn is exceptional.

My wife hates shopping at the best of times, (I’m lucky 😉) but with the service she received today, she was very happy. This was the only shop offering customer service in the center. Well done
