Carrington Falls

I was a little skeptical with the hike that lead to the falls. But after the decently steep hike to the top it was well worth it. The views were amazing and the water was beautiful and crisp. Swimming right up to the edge of the falls was an interesting experience as it quite literally drops off to the bottom of the falls. Would recommend but definitely bring some water, a hat and some good closed in shoes.

Incredible falls, walks along 4WD tracks, train tracks and creeks. Cool view with a drone!

Absolutely love this place and love seeing the changes from dry to wet in the rain season. The infinity pool is one of the best in my opinion 🙂

Great little place magical falls in the wet

Beautiful when you manage to find it, google doesn't know, just has you going around in circles

To get to this requires 4x4 in 4L and high clearance and a medium experience. Bit washouts and ruts.

Access to these Falls has been severely degraded by big 4wd activity and is not accessible by car. Not even AWD or our 4WD could get in here (this was reasonably dry).
We parked and went “walking”, however, given the number of burnt out cars around we were concerned, so we baled after a few hundred meters. We could hear the falls in the distance, however, there is zero signage - so not good…
