I went here for a belly button piercing and wasn’t expecting to have such a pleasant experience! Harry was an amazing technician who answered all of my many questions very patiently. I was very nervous due to a past bad experience elsewhere and he talked me through the whole thing and had it over very quickly and almost painlessly! He took a lot of time positioning the piercing and making sure it would be perfect. I will definitely be going back for future piercings!!

Taken my daughter to Harry a few times for piercing. He has an amazing manner and is also an amazing piercer. Very particular with positioning of the piercing. Today I took my daughter for a belly button piercing after someone else pierced it incorrectly and it rejected. Looks fabulous and sits really nicely - can really see the difference when the piercing is done by someone with years of experience and a passion for what he does.

After several unsuccessful attempts in the past to have my nose pierced, I was determined to give it one more go and decided to head to Hair house Belconnen and I’m so glad I did. Harry was my technician and I gave him 10/10. A perfect procedure!! He also was responsible for my two previous ear piercings and again a perfect procedure. I’m impressed with his welcoming personality too. He deserves a pay rise.

We came here for some piercings after a really negative experience at another location within the centre. The blonde woman at the front counter was lovely. The piercer Harry was professional, kind and caring. He made my daughter feel at ease, explained the aftercare process thoroughly and did a fantastic job with the piercings - including being super careful of the placement. The whole experience was fantastic and now I can’t wait to go back to him to get mine done! Thanks for turning around a poor experience into a fantastic one. Keep up the terrific work.

Harrison is a fantastic piercer. Very professional, meticulous with placement and has a very clear passion for what he does. I walked in and let him have creative freedom with some cartilage piercings on my ear and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome.
The other staff in store are always attentive and happy to answer questions regarding hair products and they always make great recommendations.

Such an amazing and comfortable experience with Harry! Took such great care, and went to depth with specialised aftercare to suit my cousins new piercing. He was so knowledgeable and down to earth. Best piercing experience EVER!

The girls at Hairhouse Belconnen are amazing. I have been coming for well over a year to have my hair done by Kim. They are all very friendly, professional and I walk out feeling great. Highly recommend all the ladies there for all your hair needs.

Harry did an amazing job on my helix piercing, he even helped remove my old tragus jewellery that had been stuck for a long time. He also did a great job on my friends industrial piercing. 10/10

My daughter had her ears pierced today by the lovely Kiearna. She did a fantastic job, we couldn't be more happy. We left with beautiful earings, a lolly pop and big smile. Thank you so much!

I've routinely shopped for hair products here for over 2 years and the team have always been great to deal with, polite and they take the time to listen to what I'm after and provide valuable advice on how to take care of my hair. I can't recommend Nicki and her team enough!!

I've had multiple piercings done by Harry my most recent one today, can't recommend him highly enough, he doesn't rush the process and makes light of the situation when you're nervous.

The staff in there are just beautiful. I had my tongue peirced yesterday and the guy was so amazing. Attention to detail and the hygiene practices were outstanding. He put me at ease straight away. I am wanting to go back to get more peircings. Would ho back without a doubt. Thank you so much guys

Highly Recommend Harry he pierced my daughters Daith as she is a severe Migraine sufferer. He is very experienced at what he does running us through step by step with everything he was going to do which kept my daughter calm & informed. We came back to get the other side done today with this amazing piercer. Can not recommend him more highly. We now drive 2hrs to Canberra just to get Harry to do piercings.
