Tiffany was a great help as well, she was prompt and really knew her products, making it a really easy shopping experience. Her bubbly personality also made it a highlight of my day, I'll definitely return for future shopping expeditions :)

Super helpful staff (two young ladies) my daughter is new to water colour and they took the time to explain everything. I comfortably went over budget, as I honestly felt they weren't trying to "sell me".

A large range of art supplies.

I am from Newcastle and frequently make purchases from that store. I am away from home right now and I just visited the Parramatta store.

Navigating the road works was a challenge, but it was well worth the effort.

The two ladies taking care of the store were amazing. They were upbeat and so warmly welcoming on a wet and miserable day.

I use a walking stick, so my carrying capacity is a bit limited. The staff helped me out by regularly taking what I was carrying on holding it behind the counter for me. This probably caused me to buy more than I otherwise would, but was just so easy to keep shopping.

It would be easy just to compliment the retail sales skills of the staff, but it goes beyond this. I had a technical question about the interaction with a Winsor Newton ink and suitable surface tension breaker. While there was no immediate STB for inks, one of the staff found me an option from the acrylic range. This displayed good knowledge of your product range.

I very much want you to recognise the excellence of your retail staff at Parramatta. You certainly want to keep people like these as part of your team for as long as you can.

This shop is the best art supply in the area. You can get everything you need for sketching, drawing, painting and other crafting. Staffs are so helpful and friendly also.

My favourite local art shop! I usually visit and buy materials at least once fortnightly. The staff are so sweet and helpful especially the Asian lady with the nice smile (sorry I didn't catch her name but she kept saying "hun" which was sweet). Whenever I'm in doubt of the shades of watercolour painting, they always have a nice answer and recommendation. I always come back here!
