Lola and Eky were very professional and very knowledgeable with my mice problems. They inspected my house & gave me solutions to eliminate more pests coming in and baited the ones already in my house. I would highly recommend them for any pest control. After using another local Pest control company the last few years, I decided to try these guys as I wasn’t satisfied with their service and didn’t feel I was getting quality services. My first phone call to Ex Pest, I felt like I was talking to someone who actually cared about the work that I needed done and they were able to come to my home on the same day! The team were amazing, walked hubby and I through the whole house both internally and externally to show us where we can seal and protect the home and where the pests were entering from. They were super knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. I didn’t have to follow up with next steps as they were clear with what we were going to expect over the coming weeks after treatment. They were quick to respond, we called at 9am and by 1pm they had come out and done there thing. The gentleman 'eggy' I think his name was, was polite and friendly and answered all questions we had. He was very knowledgeable on it as well. We were very impressed with the service.

First of all let me start off by saying how amazing Lisamarie communicated. Despite receiving multiple calls from other customers, Lisamarie was still able to get back to me within a reasonable time frame and have someone sent out within 2 hours - just amazing!

I had Ekrami as my technician and he started off by showing me all of the exposure places in my house where rodents could enter from and explained to me what I could do to protect my newly built home. I honestly was shocked I had not even realised how many exposure points there were. He had a wealth of knowledge and was very friendly! Being someone who has never gone through this before I had a lot of stupid questions and he answered all of them.

These guys are professional, honest, and genuinely want to help you out - on top of that their prices were very reasonable in comparison to other quotes that I had gotten.

I would not bother going anywhere else for you pest needs and I can say that I will definitely be back in a few months to book in a general spray of my house.
