Stick to the address stated in the email PTE will send you. In my case, 470 Collins Street. You’re in the right building entrance once you see Endeavour Education & Migration Consultants signage and Specsavers.

I was doubtful about the reviews here, but when I took the test, I could say my whole experience was 6 thumbs up!

arrived around 11:30am for my 12:30pm test then started the test around 11:50am then finished at around 1:10pm (around 1 hour to finish the test)

Here are my honest opinions:

1. Staff were polite and very accommodating. Other reviews say staff were rude and impolite (which might be different staff members) but staff that day were very helpful and easy to talk to.

Even asked them why there were negative reviews and was told these bad reviews might be those test takers who were disappointed with their results and blamed the test centre for it.

2. Office was very modern and conducive for the test. AC was enough to make you shiver from the nervousness lol. Lobby had minimal interior which was good so you wont get distracted. Lobby chairs were comfy. They have a water dispenser if you’re parched or just want to dampen your throat (in preparation for speaking test). Mind you, they would even ask you to empty your bladder so you dont get distracted when you take the test. You wouldn’t want to get out of the zone while taking the test 😏

In the testing room, There was enough space between the test takers but you will hear your seatmate and others during the Speaking part (which is the start of the test). Dont get distracted and focus on your test, its for your visa anyway not theirs right?

3. All Equipment working properly (at least the one I used). You are given a laminated paper and marker as well for your notes.

Process: (1) you wait downstairs at the lobby, (2) a staff member picks you up and brings you to L6 (3) you proceed to the test centres lobby and asked to secure your items in a locker - keys provided (4) called by staff to confirm your details, take photo and get your biometrics then asked to empty your pockets (5) wait for them to call you for the test orientation (6) take the test.

In conclusion (pun intended), experience was fantastic. Id recommend this test centre. Also, gor my desired scores of at least 79 each component! 👌🏼🤌🏼 (if i didnt get my desired scores this review might be different 🤣 kidding!)

They seem to have two centers, follow what pte email says. Had a pleasant experience. Equipment was good, marker and notepad were good.
For me, date was available and equipment was good. Nothing to worry about other stuff.

The staff were polite and extremely thorough with their instructions, especially with relation to the restrictions around the exam, so everything proceeded very smoothly!

I'm especially grateful to the staff member who noticed my locker key fell off the keychain and picked it up.

Achieved 4*79 for my PTE test here on 2019 then got my permanant visa invited - my lucky place:)

I have taken my test yesterday, people at this centre are very polite and have provided a clear instruction on the proceedings. Headset are very good and fits correctly in the ears, there were 7 test takers in the same room, however I did not had any noise issue. This centre is at easy accessible place and very convenient to come via public transport.

Not sure why there are a lot of bad reviews, maybe they're old? Went there in Oct 2022, found it perfect.

They guided me for everything, even asked me if I would like to drink water before the exam and if need be, I can always come out the exam room by raising my sheet or hand and the proctor will take me out, same for using the toilet.

It was really chill environment. Their noise canceling headphones are great. You may reach and hour early and they'll just scoop you in lol, it's awesome, I didn't have to wait for my scheduled time at all.

You don't probably need the review too, they'll tell you everything before the exam starts, best of luck if ya reading this though!

I was a bit worried about taking my exam at this center due to negative reviews, since no other center was available, I had no choice.
I personally did not face any issues with the center or the people who work there. In fact, my experience was quite positive.

Took PTE-A test yesterday at 830pm slot. Got the results next day morning. The staffs were wonderful to me. All of them, humble, helpful, polite and welcoming. Unlike all the other reviews here complaining about staff. Would definitely recommend this center to everyone. The guy at the counter was absolutely cool.

Went in gave the exam and came out happy as I passed my exam. They have all the required stuff, erasable notepad,tissues,locker,headphones,drinking water,toilet,friendly staff, hand sanitizers (stay away covid 😝) etc. Recommend to give your exam in the morning as there are less test takers. If your exam is after 6pm, you will not be able to use the lift and one of the staff has to come downstairs to take the people up.
There are three rooms in the centre, each has 8 seats and 1 booth, L shape.
The centre is the best one among the centres in Melbourne in terms of headsets, sounf proof rooms, and seats structure, however it can better than what it is.

Entry after 6pm requires staff assistance. Facilities are clean and complete with concise instructions given beforehand.Staff conduct is swift and professional. Always proceed to the reception half an hour earlier as the briefing procedures might take awhile. You will have to WAIT for instructions from the staff BEFORE using the provided lockers to store your bag and belongings.

Here's the process:

When you first arrive, proceed to the reception and obtain a rule's and regulation policy sheet along with your "queue" number in the form of a round cardboard piece. Complete the reading of instructions, turn off all electronic devices including your laptops and cellphones. You may then step forward to the reception for further processing, staff will ask that you take your electronic devices out to prove that it is off. Methods include pressing on the home button of your mobile phone, and pressing a key on your laptop.

You will then have to provide your matching passport signature on a computer connected device, along with a palm scan on another device. Glasses are then placed into a tray for inspection by the reception staff.

You will then place all your belogings into the locker and obtain a numbered key to be kept. Staff will then ask you to empty your front and back pockets, roll up your sleeves and also check your neck to ensure that no necklaces are worn.

There is approximately 10 seats in the reception for your convenience. You will now sit and wait for staff members to call you upfront and further brief you on test instructions before leading you into the test room.

Seating is randomly assigned by the staff, there is no "first come first serve" advantage to those who arrive early. You may only hope that you are given the one special booth that has a surrounded partition and door on the most left side of the room. There is a total of 8 seats in the room in the configuration of L shape, beginning from the left side of the room ending towards the front right side of the room. Each seat is monitored through CCTV, any effort to cheat is futile.

Test room has a perfect 24 celcius temperature, no need to worry about bringing in your jackets. Despite each computer being seperated with a partition waist up, you will still be able to hear others.

Plantronics headphones, standard office type keyboards, and mouse are decent, adjusting hearing volume throughout the test may be done from the on-screen volume toggler for EACH SEPERATE QUESTION. Chairs are of typical office chair kinds, which are height adjustable and rollable.

Time is given before the test to make adjustments on your mic position and hearing volume from the on-screen toggler. You may record and playback your voice multiple times to ensure your mic position is optimal and your voice is well received by the mic. We were told that the mic is sensitive enough to pick up a whisper, however many would still speak with a full-on voice borderline screaming.

You will be given a plastic writing board with 2 Schneider marker pens for writing notes. Some pens do not work well with the surface of the writing board. Raise your hand holding the pen in your fingers to request for an additional pen.

When you complete, raise your hand and a staff will lead you out and supply you with a printed note regarding the retrieval of your results on a further date.

I did my pte exam earlier and the staff are nice , helpful, welcoming and most of all very professional. I don’t know why people in here keep writing bad reviews about the staff . Everything they wrote are completely opposite for what I encountered.

I like to argue and challenge with the Male Staff of Pearson Professional Center. He sometimes maybe a little tough and doesn't listen my explain. Today, he told me need to arrived on location before 30 minutes, and warn me that if I late again, he will report me (I never heard this before, and he do) ^_^, but I never hear about his. Because I have been to Boxing Hill PTE Exam Center. I have see many people are later than me.But the Staff never warn me. But I think he is good. He always follow the regulations. Hope I can pass my PTE Exam. You know always stay Humble & Kind.

Sometimes, the staff may not understand the feeling of the examinees. They prepare these exam again and again, sometimes they could be fail and fail again. So the staff service is very important for them to get a good score. I cherish the memory of exam in Boxing Hill PTE Exam Center. These staff are all nice, they will remember every examiness and encourage them to keep going. But the tough Male Staff of Pearson Professional Center still push me forward. I just pass the exam and not see him again. hahaha ^_^

Today, I have seen Netflix , The scenario is so same, when I talk with that male staff of Pearson Professional Centers. He always talk about your mistake, but he will never listen your explain. If everyone want to know, you can see the < When They See Us>

I have attended this center yesterday and everything went well. Staff were very cooperative.

Pearson Professional Center is good. Staffs are really helpful. Though the center is in the city, the place is quite and calm. I would highly recommend.

Pearson Staff were very patient and informative. Overall, i am glad i took my test there. Facilities were good too. Highly recommend this test center for PTE.

What an amazing staff this centre has..I was literally getting panic attacks prior to my exam buy as soon as I entered the centre, I started to feel better as staff was so positive and welcoming which helped my anxiety and I scored more than what i needed..it would not have been the case if staff was not good ..My anxiety would have led me to not achieving what I did now..

Good qualiyu devices (headphone & keyboard), cooperative and welcoming staff and enough distance between two examinees in test room to reduce noises
