Great service, lovely staff, extremely helpful. You're not just a number there, as they are a small branch. It's nice to deal with people by name. Made getting bridging finance and 2 home loans extremely simple and straightforward. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I'm looking for a new Bank. We are new to the area. I read allow the reviews in this bank and they are pretty mixed. I've always had the thought that Bank of Bendigo would be a great place to bank with. I'm about to open a new account with them in next week or so, so I will give you some feed back on my personal experience. Is the bank of Bendigo all I expected of them for all these years? For a new bank in town you think they would be wanting locals to join their bank and not turning them away by being rude and a smart****! Lady at teller needs a lesson in customer service! I may have opened a account with you today but after way I was treated I will never bank with you!

Suggest you don’t bother with this branch rudest female staff member at Kilmore branch I have ever encountered in my life. Don’t dare to even think about asking a simple query on a transaction on your account being an incorrect bank fee charged for not going overdrawn or you may lose your b.... !!!! DISGRACEFUL. Community banking, I don’t think so !
