I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel that in this instance I need to because of the amazing service provided by Angie from Ballina! She went above and beyond to accommodate me, even when my flight was arriving after business hours. Angie sent me easy to follow instructions which was great given that I had never been to Ballina before, and even checked in on me after I arrived in her personal time. The car pick-up and drop- off was so smooth and easy, and the car itself was beautiful and clean! Thank you so much Angie, you will be the reason I choose to use Europcar again :)
