Worth the drive for the Magic (double ristretto) cappuccino.

The toasted gourmet sandwich, and toasted almond croissant were delicious. The excellent quality fillings made for a wonderful experience.

Food delicious must say $16 for a toastie I was guna walk but it was thee best toasty. Proper smashed avo not chunks very important there.... Great atmosphere but be better once adjoining store has a purpose again.

Lovely wee coffee shop. Great coffee, great price, no surchage, friendly staff and while I didn't sample the sandwiches, they looked delicous and were decently sized.

After meeting the very lovely Leroy at a catering equipment store, we decided to order lunch from his cafe. OH MY GOODNESS! It was the most incredible lunch We’ve ever eaten! So much so, we drove 40 minutes both ways just to eat more of his amazing toasties a few days later! 110% worth the drive and 10/10 would definitely recommend!

We went to the Orchard Cafe in Lucas, for the first time on Friday January 20, @ approximately 1pm. We had a quick scan of their Menu and found that they had delicious sounding items to choose from! (The problem was having to choose only 1 item - so, between us we ordered 2 different items and shared.)

The service here is ..... um, how to choose the right words ..... above the par, actually it exceeded expectations. Staff were so pleasant and really engaged with us - not everyone working in a customer service role these days know how to do that!

The environment/vibe at this place is very relaxed and chilled - as a customer, you can really relax, but you get great service at the same time! (The staff are not so chilled that they don't deliver good service, they do the opposite - as in the staff are chilled and are happy in their employment roll bc they are lovely but also deliver great service!)

The Café is tastefully decorated. It is simple & elegant! Less is definitely more in this case!

They obviously care about the environment as well - for example, they choose to use things such as cardboard straws instead of plastic, and napkins from recycled materials.)

Parking is not an issue as they have lots of on-the-street parking, and they are also opposite a large parking lot!

My Hot Drink request wasn't on the Menu, but the staff made it for me anyway! It was the first time I have had that customised order filled! (So, the Hot Drink, is basically a Cappuccino with caramel flavouring without the shot of coffee. It is oh so good! I think that this drink should totally become a thing - especially for non coffee or tea drinkers.)

This Cafe is also open from 6am - so if you start work early, or work nights, then this is the place for you! It would be great to call into to grab a coffee/tea/hot drink on your way to work as well!

As Molly would say ..... do yourself a favour! (But instead of getting a music Album ..... get into this place as you won't regret it!)

Fantastic toasties to die for! The lasagne one is my go to. Great specials, and i like the little kids corner that has some toys for them to play in. The outdoors bit has good shielding from the windy weather.

Great atmosphere, loving going. Got a little kids area my 5 year old loves :)

First thing in the morning, with the sleeping dust still heavy on the eyes, hot brew and aroma brings my senses back to normal. I have lived nearby for a couple of years, but the present owners are always welcomeing and there on time.

The best coffee & toasted sandwiches in Ballarat. The staff are so friendly which has made it my "go to" every day.

We had a toastie and coffee. It was really busy but snack and coffee arrived in 5 minutes.
