Exceptional service from Selina at Techni Ice!! She ensured I had delivery of my products just in time for Moomba 2024.
Due to the extreme heatwave the body artists at Moomba needed to keep their kits and paints cool while face painting in 39 degree temperatures, under a marquee for 8 hours a day.
The Techni Ice sheets were fabulous, we lined our kits with them and kept our paints and supplies sitting on them- with a towel over the top, they kept all products cool for 8hrs, NOTHING melting!!!
Highly recommend Techni Ice and the service & support by Selina A+++

My wife bought me a Classic Hardcore 45 litre and ice sheets last year for my birthday. The first three ice sheets I used for my smaller Coleman started leaking out slime residue and I rang up Techniice to complain, who were fantastic. I’d realised I’d over-hydrated them so they sent three free!

Now they work flawlessly and along with the 45 litre, the best cooler I’ve owned better than my Yeti, lasts for days.

Excellent customer service, price and top quality.

Nearly 6 years this cooler has been dragged in and out of trucks and kicked around construction sites. As you can see it has been a tough 6 years. I could fit so much stuff in the pockets and surprisingly would stay in there. I never had to worry about anything get warm even sitting in the truck all day in 35+ weather the ice brick will still be ice. The only thing I personally would change would be able to remove the carry handles as I couldn't bring myself to cut them off. I only ever used the shoulder strap which I held strong and I mean it's held up some seriously big lunches. All the damage to the bottom, has happened in the past month hence this last gesture of gratitude. I highly recommend this cooler and trust the brand 🍻👍

My first proper esky and am very happy with it. Looking forward to many years of use and to see how the ice sheets work!

Went to their outlet and bought a Signature Hardcore 55L with Wheels. It was a Factory Second but the only issue was that the steel latch was missing. The sales person was named Piyish and he was very patient as I came back a couple of times to test the sizes in my car and he looked high and low to find a factory second in the colour I wanted. Got a great deal - Yeti quality for a much lower price, with Ice Sheets included!

Purchased the 60ltr Signature for camping and could not be happier. Stainless fittings (three) and sturdy construction, fantastic strong handles. This is upgrading a smaller techniiice that now lives in the boat that still is awesome even if a bit battered about from years of use.

Their eskies are well made and last for years! I bought my first one 12 years ago and it's still going strong. Needed a small one for work and found one with a divider and top tray.

Great products. I have a 100 litre cool box from them, and a Pelican. The Techni Ice holds ice for 5 days no problem. Their actual dry ice packs are really a good product as well. We use for catering.

I was most impressed with Customer Service post sale via Zen Desk back end.I used PayPal and chose standard free shipping.
On enquiry as when I should expect my delivery, I was informed delivery had occurred.
Long story short support made very quick hassle free amendments to rectify the mix up.
KUDOS Techniice!!!

Very helpful factory outlet sale. Very good quality products! We bought our swags when we came to Australia (4 years ago) still in use and still working. All good. My go to address right now for some upgrades for the new 4WD right now. For an ice box or fridge.

I just purchased a Techniice Classic Hybrid 75L and it is awesome.
Just wanted to say great service and great product.
I would recommend anyone to by a classic hybrid. Also get some ice packs as they are great, keep your esky cool all the time

Bought the Dry Ice packs from ebay, super fast delivery. Haven't used them as yet, but I am so glad that I could buy an Australian product. How clever, much better than wet ice that melts within hours.

Techniice are simply the best eskies. I have a 50L Chilly Chest and went to buy a larger one and found that Chilly Chest were owned by Techniice, so I saw the Signature series on the website and bought a 75L. It’s construction, the thick walls the insulated, huge bung etc told me these were something special...but on a 10 day trip to Dirk Hartog Island where, at the end of 10 days, 1/2 the block ice I used was still solid, I knew they were awesome! I’ve also got, and used, Waeco, Chilly Chest, Icey-Tek, Tropicool, Daimond and Yeti as well as a home made one in the kill bin in my boat which has 50mm fridge panels, and the Techniice Signature sits in a league of its own, way above all of those. I’ve just done a clean out of my bigger eskies and have sold my 200L Daimond, 120L Icey-Tek and 75L Techniice and am replacing them all with a 105L Signature for use in my boat and camping. I’m keeping the 50L chilly chest as a bait esky as it is also an awesome esky.

Found these guys to be great. I was told the product was on backorder and they communicated clearly and quickly. Very easy to deal with and it's still the best product going around!!
